• FIRE RESISTANCE ROCKLOYD Rockwool products are Non-Combus�ble when tested as per IS 3144. It withstands temperature of up to 1000°C and does not burn. In the event of a fire, it slows down the spread of the flames & does not produce dangerous toxic smoke.

• SOUND ABSORPTION Excellent Sound Absorp�on (Acous�c) and offers air flow resistance complying to Indian & Interna�onal Sandards.

Rockwool as the name implies is made by mel�ng basalt rock mixed with coke and limestone & mel�ng them to fibers at about 1500°C. Basalt rock is a pure volcanic material which is millions of year old. Rockwool is classified as an inorganic material & has excellent resistance to high temperature and possess superior acous�c proper�es.

Our products are approved by BHEL, NTPC, EIL, Doosan Power, L & T, Tata Steel etc. and extensively being used for all Acous�c, Thermal & Fire Safety applica�ons. ROCKLOYD Ma�ress/Blanket (LRB Ma�ress) like all scien�fically processed fibrous insulants is composed of fibers which are laid in the op�mum configura�on offers maximum resistance to heat flow, fire protec�on & sound a�enua�on. To retain these excep�onal proper�es up to the point of end-use, fibers are interlocked by lightly bonding them together with minimum thermose�ng binder. Subsequently, Ma�ess are factory s�tched to specified wire mesh using a con�nuous s�tching machine to permit a ready-to-use configura�on. The product major applica�on is in High Pressure Steam Lines, Reactors, Furnaces, Pressure Vessels/Tanks, Boilers.

ROCKLOYD Slab (RB Slab) is Resin Bonded Fibrous Insula�on that offers superior rigidity & maximum resistance to heat passage. It is designed for thermal and acous�c insula�on of flat or slightly curved surfaces opera�ng at temperatures up to 7500 C. They are par�cularly suitable for thermal insula�on, fire protec�on and sound reduc�on/absorp�on in Boilers, Chimneys, Ducts, Electro-Sta�c Precipitators (ESP’s), Building Walls etc.

For providing thermal insula�onof large diameter pipes we design & manufacture ROCKLOYD Pipe-Sec�on which are supplied in ready to split into two halves for quick and easy snap-on assembly. Pipe-Sec�ons are mandrel wound and concentrically formed & is precisely made to fit Standard pipe diameters offering uniform maximum resistance to passage of heat along and around the en�re 360 degrees of the pipe Axis. Major applica�on of pipe sec�on is in pipelines, Columns, Pressure Vessels, Turbines & Boilers.

We had developed a special product which is made from selected Basalt Rock of specific chemical composi�ons, Coke, Dolomite & In the manufacturing process, Basalt Rock is melted with the help of low ash content coke at super high temperature & molten melt is passed through high speed spinning wheels to form fine fibers. The fibers are available with and without Binder suitable for various applica�ons.The fibers are non combus�ble, chemically inert, Eco-Friendly, Bio-degradable, used/excess material can be easily disposed off by land filling.
