In Italy, a typical meal has several courses. It sometimes begins with “antipasti”, may be melon and ham. Next is served the pasta course: the most famous are spaghetti or lasagne. Then there is a meat or fish course with a salad. Cheese and fruit are served next, then a dessert.

Going to the south of Italy you can see the old typical houses in Alberobello: they are called TRULLI.
