Why is this a good time to consolidate? 2 Things!
Data Consolidation- Multiple instances of
Salesforce or any CRM is more expensive than a single instance.
- We can leverage expertise across business units
CRM 2.0- There is more to offer than just
basic CRM services- CRM products have matured
considerably over the past 10 years
CRM 2.0 – A Transformative Investment
Newly Admitted Student - Rebecca
Rebecca is a newly admitted student for the incoming fall semester. She’s currently living on the west coast and has limited opportunities for an onsite visit to HGSE prior to the start of the term.
Rebecca is added to an online group that is exclusive to incoming students and monitored/facilitated by the office of student affairs and select students who help answer questions and develop a sense of community prior to her arrival on campus.
Recent Graduate - Mark
Mark graduates this coming spring and is looking forward to his new career as an educational policy maker. He has a rich set of friends and respected colleagues from HGSE and through his research work with Chicago Public Schools. He’s concerned that he’ll lose touch with his network after graduation.
Mark creates his own group and establishes a rich set of community members. After settling into his new role, he recruits new colleagues to join his discussion area and collaborate on important topics.
K-12 New Principal - Abha
• Abha is a new principal at a high school in a remote town. She has few peers and would like the opportunity to reflect on her work and get support from a like-minded community.
• Abha is granted access to a group of “new principals” where she shares her concerns and challenges. She receives feedback from her peers and leverages HGSE resources to improve her skills.
