• Climate changes have negative effects on productivity
• Scale and structure of plantations could be changed and it’s hard to predict productivity, supply and market demand. That’s caused by improper management practices of local governmental agency towards farmers
• Habit of fertilization use causes loss of soil fertility and damages the quality of products.
• Many farmers are not trained how to use pesticides properly. As a consequence, there is an exceed of maximum residue limited

CONCLUSION
Dak Lak has high potentials for building high quality material sources.
There are valuable opportunities for sustainable growth and development
in the local ago-industry. Appropriate investments and good management
practices in agro-activities will increase the competitiveness of local produces
