MAXX Ortho Mold/ Plug
• Designed a mold and a plug assembly for a MAXX Ortho part
• Referenced another MAXX Ortho part and based my mold design and plug off of that
• Worked with Kevin on designing the plug and learned a technique on how to design plugs

Stryker Reverse Engineering Mold/ Stacker
• Reverse engineered the existing mold for the part
• Designed parts for the stacker with the help of David
• Built the stacker in an assembly and created part drawings

Volvo Tooling Pictures
• Worked with Danielle Kienle on getting tooling pictures that Volvo needed
• Volvo needed pictures of the tool and the label
• The pictures included the mold, trim fixture, check and assembly fixtures
• We needed to get the pictures taken so that we could get paid for the tooling

Quick Change Tooling Updates
• There are variations of the pressure box that needed updated
• The updates would make assembly and use easier

• Went to L.L. Brown in Enola, PA and Key Dies in Annville, PA

Tooling Carts
• Worked with Serafin Ortiz on creating CAD files for some tooling carts that needed
drawings
• The carts needed files because they needed to be remade
• There were critical dimensions on both of the tooling carts

Work Instructions on Syteline
• Worked with Danielle on some Mack-Volvo part numbers that needed operations entered
into Syteline
• Entered the different operations for the part numbers using an ECN (Engineering Change
Notices)
• Learned a little about how Syteline works and some of its functions

Essential Medical Cone and Die Locators
• Essential Medical locators were not functioning where they were
• Die and cone locators had to be added to the mold and die cut

Prototyping Part/ 3D Printing
• Worked with Kevin on prepping a 3D printed mold
• The mold was then used to make samples to be sent to the customer

• Asked by David and Erich to reverse engineer an existing part that needed a CAD file
• Measured the tub and started to create the part file in CAD
• Worked with Erich on what was needed in the drawing file

Wheelbarrow Rack Drawings
• Worked with Kelly Doyle on creating drawing files for the parts of the wheelbarrow rack
• The purpose was to confirm the part drawings to the actual model in the Display Room
• A few of the parts had minor changes and those parts were updated

• Worked with Kevin and Andy on changing the designs for plates for a part
• Some features needed to be added to a CAD file and the plates needed changed based on
those
• Kevin and I worked on changing the designs for both plates
