Team Member and Team Leader Programme Challenges

• Who can apply? • Every LC will compete in each region!

Awarded LCs will be announced virtually by the first week of May.

• What Period is assessed?

• These awards assess the period from 1st July 2012 to 30th April 2013 and compare it with the same period for the previous 12 months.

Increasing Talent Capacity Challenge: Composed by 3 awards

• 1. Increasing number of people: This award recognises the top performing LCs in every region who successfully grew in the number of individuals joining our team programmes. The criteria are:

• a. Absolute growth in the number of members (individuals) who realized a team [TMP or TLP] experiences

• b. Relative growth in the number of members (individuals) who realized a team [TMP or TLP] experiences

• 2. Increasing number of experiences: This award recognises the top performing LCs in every region who successfully grew in the number of experiences by individuals. The criteria are:

• a. Absolute growth in TLP and TMP AIESEC Experiences delivery [Realized]

• b. Relative growth in TLP and TMP AIESEC Experiences delivery [Realized]

• 3. Increasing number of GCDP EPs re-integrated: This award recognises the top performing LCs in every region who successfully re-integrates their GCDP returnees into Team Experiences. The criteria are:

• a. Absolute growth in the number of members assigned to team [TMP or TLP] experiences after exchange [GCDP] realized. [Data provided by entities]

• A general criterion for all the challenges is connected to sustainable Exchange experiences growth through talent Capacity. Please provide the following information

Global Community Development Programme Challenges

• What Period is assessed?

• These awards assess the period from 15th August 2012 to 15th November 2012 and from 15th January 2013 to 30th April

Off peak Challenge: Composed by 2 awards

1. October – November Off peak

• This award recognises the top performing LCs in every region who successfully grew in the GCDP performance (Raise, Match and Realise) during the off peak period. The criteria are:

• Points system: • a. 2 points for every EP raised from August 15th till October 10th • b. 1 point for EP matched from Sept 1st till October 31st. • c. 3 points for EP realized from Oct 1st till November 15th.

2. March – April Off peak

• This award recognises the top performing LCs in every region who successfully grew in the GCDP performance (Raise, Match and Realise) during the off peak period. The criteria are:

• Further details of criteria and announcement will be published by December.

Global Internship Programme Challenges

• Who can apply? • Every MC will compete as a Global

Award! Awards will be given at International Congress 2013

• What Period is assessed? • These awards assess the period from

1st July 2012 to 30th June 2013 and compare it with the same period for the previous 12 months.

GIP Growth Challenge: Composed by 4 awards

1. GIP Achievement Award: This award recognises the overall growth and achievement in GIP function (either in TN or EP or both) in 2012-2013 term. The criteria are:

• a. Absolute growth in GIP TN and EP realizations

• b. Relative growth in GIP TN and EP realizations

• c. GCPs shared with the network

2. Electrolux Global Technical Excellence Award: This award, supported by Electrolux, is to recognise the breakthrough of AIESEC in technical internship field (Technical field only includes Information Technology and Engineering here). The winner will get 1500 Euros GIP fund and In-kind from Electrolux (value 500euros) for MC office/house. The criteria of the award will be:

a. Absolute growth in Technical TN and EP realizations b. Relative growth in Technical TN and EP realizations c. Number of organizations impacted (TN takers)

• 3. Global Teaching Achievement Award: This award recognises the achievement of AIESEC in teaching internship field (either in TN or EP or both). There will be TN award and EP award for this award. The criteria of the award will be:

• a. Absolute growth in Teaching& Language TN or EP Education realizations

• b. Relative growth in Teaching& Language TN or EP Education realizations

4. Global Marketing Achievement Award: This award recognises the achievement in providing marketing GIP experiences (either in TN or EP or both). The criteria of the award will be:

a. Absolute growth in Marketing TN and EP realizations

b. Relative growth in Marketing TN and EP realizations
