InfoSlips

InfoSlips can implemented very quickly at a low initial and ongoing cost compared to self-service which costs significantly more and requires more change management.

In addition InfoSlips is well suited to all staff and not just employees with computer access due to mobile support of any type of phone.

Payslips can migrate to Total Reward Statements and then to Integrated Employee Engagement using InfoSlips. InfoSlips has the data relationships with most Benefit and Healthcare Administrators to automate the facility.

InfoSlips, as part of the offering, facilitates the printing and distribution of payslips for those staff who elect to still receive hard copy. Due to the web capabilities, InfoSlips can be integrated into existing self-service portals.

Conclusion

Self-Service is extremely difficult to roll out beyond connected employees.

InfoSlips can engage all employees for effective communication using all available channels (mobile; online; paper) in a uniform and appropriate manner.

InfoSlips used in conjunction with Self-Service can provide many of the benefits of traditional self-service to all staff and provide additional functionality not found within Self-Service.
