IEEE INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON SENSORLESS CONTROL FOR ELECTRICAL DRIVES October 16 -17, 2020 ― Madison, Wisconsin (USA) The SLED organizing committee is pleased to invite you to the 10 th anniversary of the SLED conference. We are celebrating this special anniversary in Madison, WI, to honor Prof. Robert (Bob) Lorenz “the grandfather” of self-sensing control. SLED is the IEEE International Symposium on Sensorless Control for Electrical Drives, presenting state of the art and future perspective of Sensorless Drives. The symposium will present the latest advancements and future perspectives of Sensorless control for electric motor drives and grid- connected converters, gathering international experts from the academia and the industry. Contributed Papers Original technical papers are solicited on any subject pertaining to the scope of the conference that includes, but is not limited to the following topics: State estimation for motion control and grid-connected converters Self-commissioning Condition monitoring Machine design for sensorless control Impact of machine design on sensorless control performance Implementation issues of sensorless control for real products Emerging applications for sensorless control IMPORTANT DATES Full papers submission: Apr. 01, 2020 Notification of acceptance: Jul. 01, 2020 Deadline for final manuscripts: Aug. 15, 2020 All papers accepted and presented at SLED 2020 will be included in IEEEXplore®.
