3) What’s the reaction of MA’s in Austria to SEA /1

Ú Professional/Pragmatic approach:• Fulfil the requirements of the SEA directive in any detail• Danger: sometimes too formalistic?

Ú Is there enough time in the process to discuss environmental issues? – process design crucial

Ú Important: Environmental/SD experts additional to the authors of the SEA report in the process with some political weight
