Information Gets Listings! Market Reports Give Clients That
Info!When it comes to informati on that potenti al clients actually
want, Karen Baston-Clements of our Katy o ce gives thumbs up to our
Market Report postcards. Karen tells us I sent (my Market Report
postcard) out and got a listi ng appointment last week from the
postcard. I listed the property and expect it to sell very quickly.
The home owner said they kept my card and two others- They chose me
because my card was informati onal and that was what she wanted,
the other (Realtors) just talked about themselves. It worked! I am
very happy!

LAKE HOUSTON (Cont.): to work for- they treat us so well, we
defi nitely feel appreciated! We want to congratulate Hannah Riemer
on the birth of her son, Oliver Dax, arriving on April 26th at 9:13
am. She will be such a wonderful mommy... Melessa Clark gained a
new son when daughter Vanessa married Cody Glover in late
April.
Another Spring wedding sent Sheila Craniotis and husband Jorge
to Guatemala for a nice vacation with lots of sightseeing and
shopping! Vickie Brewster and her husband Bill went down
to Key West to soak up the sun and see the sights! After a fun
couple days at Fusion, Katie Orth decided her hubby Dave might like
some Vegas time too, so they went back a couple weeks later... Lacy
DeSouza was very busy visiting Savannah, Georgia and New Orleans-
it looks like she had a lot of fun with her family. Beoulah Dozier
headed
to Los Angeles to spend some much needed time with her family,
and of course, Universal Studios! Lisa Dempsey went to Palacios,
Texas to embrace her Becoming an Outdoor Woman side with some
friends... At the Lake Livingston offi ce, our friends and
colleagues Joni Wheeland, Sandi Karnes, Vickie Brewster and Cheryl
Driskell took time out
for a great cause, Relay for Life, with a crawfi sh/shrimp boil
and auction to raise funds for cancer
patients and research... We want to congratulate Sheri Petersens
daughter Bethany for being inducted into the National Honor
Society. Rebecca Ramirezs daughter Nia did an outstanding job by
being named Student of The Year at the Lone Star College Cody
Awards. Nia will be interning at Rice University this summer. Way
to go Nia! C.J. Simon, son of Dayna Simon, was asked to come to the
Atlanta Falcons mini-camp for team try-outs. We wish him well and
hope they see what an amazing
player he is! Leslie Frees husband had lunch with Mayor Anise
Parker, well sort of she stopped by to get lunch at their family
owned meat market, Guys Meat Market on Old Spanish Trail! Jennifer
Jones is adding value to her business, she recently became an
Accredited Staging Professional, what a great investment in
herself!
MEMORIAL: Yee haw!! In preparation for the rodeo the Memorial
offi ce, along with Mark and Marilyn, celebrated Go Texan Day in

WOODLANDS: Norma Malagarie and her husband are planning a trip
to Honduras in October with Living Water International to drill a
well for a village that doesnt have clean water. If this is
something you would like to do, they are looking for volunteers to
go with them! Amy and Jared Stork, daughter and son-in-law of John
and Linda Startz, returned on May 12th from a very extended
honeymoon. They traveled throughout Belize, Costa Rica and Panama
for 5 months, seeing all the sights, experiencing the different
cultures, working a little bit as kitchen chefs in B&Bs and
hostels, and just generally experiencing all they could. They loved
the entire experience, but were happy to get home. Linda is
thrilled to have them home fi nally as 5 months was too long...
Karen Lara, Cheri Young, (Pink Ribbon Realtors Team) and Chris
Hanson and Eric Hanson all participated and raised money in the fi
ght against breast cancer! Their
participation helps continue program services that focus on
Prevention, Research, Education, Survival, and Support. To learn

celebrated her 5 year milestone of being cancer free on May 21st!
So proud of our SURVIVOR! On Sunday, April 19, approximately 11,000
cyclists, including our own Brenda Malone,
rallied together on Day 2 to make the journey from La Grange to
Austin. These riders participated in Day 2 of the MS150, after the
severe weather that led to the cancellation of Day 1 of the BP MS
150. A big thank you to all the volunteers and to who those
supported me in fundraising for this event! Hopefully next year
well be able to ride Day 1 and Day 2 and it wont be rained out! It
defi nitely wasnt easy but it is for a great cause.

BAY AREA: Gena VanTries had a much needed vacation starting in
Charleston, South Carolina for a few days and then off to Hilton
Head Island where she joined friends. She enjoyed biking, shopping,
lots of wonderful food and some much needed adult beverages after a
busy fi rst quarter. It was nice to relax and unwind a
bit from the busy real estate madness! Barbara Sarpolus and her
husband Tom enjoyed a weeks vacation in Roatan, Honduras. They
enjoyed lots of sun and beautiful Caribbean beaches, island drinks,
snorkeling and lobster tails! It was always 5 oclock somewhere...
Rita Armstrong has just returned from a trip to The Bahamas with
her daughter Alexis and niece Kelly. The trip was Ritas gift to
them for their birthdays. The three gals swam with the dolphins,
visited the Ardastra to see brilliant birds, monkeys and walked
just inches from dozens of fl amingos. They also tried their luck
in the casino, visited all the shops (a bikini and fab shirt for
Alexis) and of course, spent a lot of time on the beach and in the
crystal clear water. They came back tired but with a great memory!
The Cejka Team, Jessica Cejka and Jennifer Hogan, recently went on
a 4-day Carnival cruise out of Galveston and even closed a deal
while they were gone... Patricia Richard is currently one point
away from second place in group 2 of the Ferrari Clubs Kart Racing
Series... Millie
Kahlas daughter Destinee had her fi rst grandchild, Kimber
Grace, on February 7th. She arrived at 7 lbs 2 oz... Lynette
Bulsecos 19 year old daughter Chelsea is going to Kyiv, Ukraine on
a church mission for the next 18 months and will be learning to
speak Russian. Were excited for her to have this amazing learning
experience... Karen Campise, her husband and two very dear friends
spent a wonderful 12 days exploring the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany and
Paris, celebrating both their 25th anniversaries. It was a trip of
a lifetime!
Melinda Fitz Gerrell and her husband recently closed on their
new home in the Sedona subdivision in League City. They moved from
Atascocita to be closer to family. After 6 months in temporary
housing in Trinity, they are glad to be getting settled in the area
and look forward to exploring the Bay area more... Jeanette Dickson
took a 7 day road trip in her camper to Talledega to enjoy the
races... Donna Guient recently spent a fabulous extended weekend at
Libby Jones beautiful vacation home at Vista del Verde, Quintero
Golf Club near Phoenix. Gorgeous scenes were taken in of desert,
mountains and beach...all in one place! Awesome. Donna placed the
highest bid on the home which was donated for auction during our
last Sunshine Kids fund raiser. And to top it off, Donna laissez
les bon temps rouler! with a few days in New Orleans at the 2015
NOLA Jazz Festival, enjoying delicious creole food and great live
performances by the likes of Elton John, Lenny Kravitz, Buddy Guy,
and many more! Pansy Granberrys daughter Mikea graduated from
Hampton University in Virginia, where she was awarded a four-year
golf scholarship in 2011. We were blessed to watch her play her
last collegiate golf tournament at the LPGA golf course in Florida
and on Mothers day, we witnessed her walk across the stage with
honors and with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic
Communication and a minor in Psychology... fi nally, we welcome new
agents: Alex Stroud, Angel Morris, Beverly Mellor, Carolyn
Cooling, Haley Lusson, Linda and James Pierce, Megan Sicking,
Tina Manno and Wendy Baulch!
CHAMPIONS: Its a baby boom at the Champions offi ce! Iona
Alphonso welcomed her third grandson on April 27 named Jordon Pile.
Career Dev Manager Brian Schwartz and wife Lauren are expecting a
baby brother for their 2 yr old son Ryland.
His name will be Brantly Tyler... Gayle Pechacek is expecting
her second grandchild- A little girl will join brother Hudson...
Love is in the air! Jody Roche is thrilled that her daughter is
engaged! They are planning an April 2016 wedding... Steve Spicer
completed the Memorial Herman half marathon in Galveston- It is a
triathlon that consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride and
a 13.1 mile run. This was his fi rst and he fi nished 15 minutes
later than his goal time, but well ahead of them taking down the fi
nish lines. Go Steve! It makes the rest of us tired just hearing
about it... After fi nishing a 3 million dollar month, Susan Matson
took a well deserved vacation in Greece. We arent sure how much
time she really got off as her business is busy as can be and she
had email- A Realtor vacation for sure! We are sad to report long
time Champions Agent Natalie Hare passed away. Natalie was a true
professional and will be missed. She made a smart decision to
retire several years ago, so she was able to enjoy her family and
traveling in her last years... Proud mom Michele Miller and husband
Graeme celebrated their daughters graduation from Texas State
University in May. She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in
Recreational Administration and a concentration in Therapeutic
Recreation. Her fi rst year internship will start in July, where
she will be a Leadership Consultant for the National offi ce of
Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She will follow that in the Fall with
another one in her degree... Our offi ce is happy to welcome back
Letha Gaines. After serving as our Offi ce Coordinator and Agent
Support Manager, she took a position as a Title company rep but
couldnt stay away from Gary Greene. After assisting agents for
years, she now has her license and is an agent with the David James
team. Speaking of David, he was not only our companys Rookie of the
Year but also for the entire Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate
brokerage! He sold more homes than any other new agent. We are so
proud of you, David! Congrats goes to Stacy Gross, Gibraltar loan
offi cer, with a $4.7 million dollar closing month. It was the best
Gibraltar has ever had. She would have made the 5 million mark, but
one closing was delayed because of a roof with hail damage. We love
you Stacy! Gibraltar Title is now in our offi ce! We are so excited
to welcome the third member of our preferred Gibraltar partners to
our team, Tina Mujullo. Gibraltar Insurance is also going at full
speed- Our offi ce was number one again in April. Great job, Janet
Simmers!
CORPORATE: Were proud to congratulate two recipients of the
Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. Completing three 30
hour courses in specialized real estate topics were Cynthia Wander
of Galveston and Alicia Jammer of Fort Bend. Instructing the course
for our agents in April was Pat Strong (far right), GRI Instructor
who provides the 3 GRI courses for BHGRE Gary Greene agents each
year. The GRI provides a distinguished professional designation as
well as CE and SAE credit... Over 400 Gary Greene agents have taken
the Certifi ed Negotiations Expert courses over the last 18 months.
Two classes have already been held in 2015 with two more now

Judy LaFico Named Memorial O ce ManagerA familiar face has taken
the reins of our Memorial o ce- Judy LaFico, a top Realtor with
BHGRE Gary Greene since 2003, was named Manager in May. Judys
passion for real estate is evident in her numerous sales awards-
Plati num, Emerald Elite, Listi ng Leader, and Top Producer in just
the past three years with Bett er Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
She has also been a ti reless supporter of The Sunshine Kids and
TOKC, donati ng $25 from every closing to our preferred chariti es.
During her 30+ years as a Houston resident, Judy has also worked in
commercial real estate and as a substi tute teacher for FBISD. Judy
has been mentoring over the past few weeks with Dr. Oscar Gonzales,
who when not heading the Internati onal Division, provides
leadership and management training to new Managers. The o ce had a
farewell party for Oscar on June 9th as he o cially handed Judy the
keys to the o ce. Were certain Judys experience and professionalism

now committed to two times per year, the next Community Shred
Day will be October 17, 2015! Patti Bailey and Susan Missiha went
to the Toronto, Canada area for a week to visit and attend a family
reunion. They had a wonderful time and the weather was great too.
They returned with lots of photos and some great memories... Shad
Bogany recently attended AREAAs Global and Luxury Summit in
Chicago. This years summit included the current state of Global
Housing Markets and Insider Secrets on how to develop business
relationships with international clients, including post-summit
training focused on the EB-5 Visa Program and CIPS designation.
Exploring emerging markets, important trends in residential and
commercial real estate, and the latest luxury listing strategies
were also included. Actor Lou Diamond Phillips and Donald Trump,
Jr. were just two of the many speakers... Robin Van Zant was a
beautiful bride when she and Jeffrey Peters said their vows on May
2, 2015. The wedding was at First United Methodist Church in
downtown Houston and following the ceremony they celebrated with a
blacktie reception at Veranda 17 in The Sam Houston Hotel. They
honeymooned in Santa Barbara, California... Jeff Cox recently
returned after relaxing and having some fun in Las Vegas... Lots of
college graduate celebrations! Pam Bankerd went to Fort Worth for
the graduation of her Grandson from TCU, and Shawn Russell had to
travel a bit further- He went to his nephews graduation in
Washington State. Shawn usually goes there during the winter and he
and his nephew enjoy snowboarding.
KATY: The offi ce has been busy, not just selling real estate!
Our Katy Sunshine Fest was held on April 11th, benefi ting The
Sunshine Kids and Triumph Over Kid Cancer. This years event theme
was Lets Go to the Hop and was held at a new venue in the gym at
Faith West Academy. Along with great food,
music, games and auction items, our team worked tirelessly to
raise money for the kids. This year was extra special, with the
crowning of the Prom Queen and King who happen to be Sunshine Kids
themselves. Also on hand was the president of M.D. Anderson, Dr.
Ronald A. DePinho, who gave a moving speech. A big thank you to all
of our agents and sponsors... Bob and Lisa Miles joined Mark and
Ann
Woodroof at the TOKC (Triumph Over Kid Cancer) Toga Party in
Corpus Christi in May. It was a fantastic event, well attended by
enthusiastic and loyal supporters. Mark and Ann were honored with
an award for supporting TOKC. We are proud to be a part of the TOKC
family and support their research into pediatric
cancer. All funds raised are matched by M.D. Anderson, doubling

CYPRESS: This year we had our 6th Annual Crawfi sh Boil Client
Appreciation Party, changing our venue
from our offi ce parking lot to Juergens Park on Hwy. 290, which
was an ideal place for us. We hired Bourbon Street, a Zydeco band
and a face painter for the kiddos. Many strategic partners who were
able to set up small tents, and as usual, our agents, did the rest.
We
absolutely fi lled that park with people, tents, and tables. It
was a great party and we were able to greet old friends and
sponsors and make many lasting friendships... Three of our agents,
Ed and Nancy Roehm and Vicki Harring had a neighborhood party
(a boat race) to get to know folks in their neighborhood- The
event was well supported and everyone had lots of fun. Great ideas,
guys... Our fearless leader Rich Guderyon had a great time at the
golf course- missing playtimes. So while not golfi ng, he decided
to go fi shing at the golf
course lake. He caught fi sh and had a great time!
FORT BEND: Spring showers (like 20 inches or so) made beautiful

out in the rain! Lisa Seward stood in the sunshine when her
daughter Allison graduated from TCU with a Masters in Accounting.
She is still glowing and proud mama! Marlena Berger and posse
attended a recent great event - the Sienna Sawmill Lake Realtor
Event. The LMMKC group or better known as Lisa,
Marlena, Michelle, Kristi, and Carter had a fabulous time and
brought home a few goodies... Marlena won a $2500 travel voucher
from Toll Brothers Homes! Speaking of events, Moira Holden
surprised Sara Nguyen with the EVENT of the year for
her 40th! Moira had the entire offi ce sign individual toasting
cups and had photos of Sara passed around. When she entered the
workroom for meeting day, the entire offi ce held up her photo and
cheered her with a mimosa toast! Sara turned 20 shades of red, but
proudly toasted the offi ce back as she not only celebrated her
birthday, but over ten years with our offi ce... Leesa Lawrence and

is doing well right now... Val Howell graduated from Sugar Land 101
in front of Sugar Land Mayor James Thompson and the City Council.
Sugar Land 101 is a 10 week, 12 class course fi rst introduced in
spring 2004 which allows citizens to familiarize themselves with
the structure, function and purpose of city government. It better
equips and encourages residents to assume leadership roles within
the community. The curriculum includes presentations by city
department heads and fi eld trips to several sites such as the
Municipal Airport, Fire and Police Departments, water treatment
plant, animal control, and traffi c operations. Members of the
class also held a Mock City Council meeting. And so our world turns
and we all live together happily ever after! Cheerios!
GALVESTON: The Galveston offi ce attended the TREPAC Fashion
Show held at the new Sea Scout Facility. Kathy McAndrews,
Dee Richmond, Angela Sanders, J Roy Hall, Ruthi Stayton, Cynthia

BAY AREA: Gena VanTries had a much needed vacation starting in
Charleston, South Carolina for a few days and then off to Hilton
Head Island where she joined friends. She enjoyed biking, shopping,
lots of wonderful food and some much needed adult beverages after a
busy fi rst quarter. It was nice to relax and unwind a
bit from the busy real estate madness! Barbara Sarpolus and her
husband Tom enjoyed a weeks vacation in Roatan, Honduras. They
enjoyed lots of sun and beautiful Caribbean beaches, island drinks,
snorkeling and lobster tails! It was always 5 oclock somewhere...
Rita Armstrong has just returned from a trip to The Bahamas with
her daughter Alexis and niece Kelly. The trip was Ritas gift to
them for their birthdays. The three gals swam with the dolphins,
visited the Ardastra to see brilliant birds, monkeys and walked
just inches from dozens of fl amingos. They also tried their luck
in the casino, visited all the shops (a bikini and fab shirt for
Alexis) and of course, spent a lot of time on the beach and in the
crystal clear water. They came back tired but with a great memory!
The Cejka Team, Jessica Cejka and Jennifer Hogan, recently went on
a 4-day Carnival cruise out of Galveston and even closed a deal
while they were gone... Patricia Richard is currently one point
away from second place in group 2 of the Ferrari Clubs Kart Racing
Series... Millie
Kahlas daughter Destinee had her fi rst grandchild, Kimber
Grace, on February 7th. She arrived at 7 lbs 2 oz... Lynette
Bulsecos 19 year old daughter Chelsea is going to Kyiv, Ukraine on
a church mission for the next 18 months and will be learning to
speak Russian. Were excited for her to have this amazing learning
experience... Karen Campise, her husband and two very dear friends
spent a wonderful 12 days exploring the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany and
Paris, celebrating both their 25th anniversaries. It was a trip of
a lifetime!
Melinda Fitz Gerrell and her husband recently closed on their
new home in the Sedona subdivision in League City. They moved from
Atascocita to be closer to family. After 6 months in temporary
housing in Trinity, they are glad to be getting settled in the area
and look forward to exploring the Bay area more... Jeanette Dickson
took a 7 day road trip in her camper to Talledega to enjoy the
races... Donna Guient recently spent a fabulous extended weekend at
Libby Jones beautiful vacation home at Vista del Verde, Quintero
Golf Club near Phoenix. Gorgeous scenes were taken in of desert,
mountains and beach...all in one place! Awesome. Donna placed the
highest bid on the home which was donated for auction during our
last Sunshine Kids fund raiser. And to top it off, Donna laissez
les bon temps rouler! with a few days in New Orleans at the 2015
NOLA Jazz Festival, enjoying delicious creole food and great live

and many more! Pansy Granberrys daughter Mikea graduated from
Hampton University in Virginia, where she was awarded a four-year
golf scholarship in 2011. We were blessed to watch her play her
last collegiate golf tournament at the LPGA golf course in Florida
and on Mothers day, we witnessed her walk across the stage with
honors and with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic
Communication and a minor in Psychology... fi nally, we welcome new

CHAMPIONS: Its a baby boom at the Champions offi ce! Iona

completed the Memorial Herman half marathon in Galveston- It is a
triathlon that consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride and
a 13.1 mile run. This was his fi rst and he fi nished 15 minutes
later than his goal time, but well ahead of them taking down the fi
nish lines. Go Steve! It makes the rest of us tired just hearing
about it... After fi nishing a 3 million dollar month, Susan Matson
took a well deserved vacation in Greece. We arent sure how much
time she really got off as her business is busy as can be and she
had email- A Realtor vacation for sure! We are sad to report long
time Champions Agent Natalie Hare passed away. Natalie was a true
professional and will be missed. She made a smart decision to
retire several years ago, so she was able to enjoy her family and
traveling in her last years... Proud mom Michele Miller and husband
Graeme celebrated their daughters graduation from Texas State
University in May. She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in
Recreational Administration and a concentration in Therapeutic
Recreation. Her fi rst year internship will start in July, where
she will be a Leadership Consultant for the National offi ce of
Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She will follow that in the Fall with

Support Manager, she took a position as a Title company rep but

Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. Completing three 30
hour courses in specialized real estate topics were Cynthia Wander
of Galveston and Alicia Jammer of Fort Bend. Instructing the course
for our agents in April was Pat Strong (far right), GRI Instructor
who provides the 3 GRI courses for BHGRE Gary Greene agents each
year. The GRI provides a distinguished professional designation as
well as CE and SAE credit... Over 400 Gary Greene agents have taken
the Certifi ed Negotiations Expert courses over the last 18 months.

Judy LaFico Named Memorial O ce ManagerA familiar face has taken
the reins of our Memorial o ce- Judy LaFico, a top Realtor with
BHGRE Gary Greene since 2003, was named Manager in May. Judys
passion for real estate is evident in her numerous sales awards-
Plati num, Emerald Elite, Listi ng Leader, and Top Producer in just
the past three years with Bett er Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
She has also been a ti reless supporter of The Sunshine Kids and
TOKC, donati ng $25 from every closing to our preferred chariti es.
During her 30+ years as a Houston resident, Judy has also worked in
commercial real estate and as a substi tute teacher for FBISD. Judy
has been mentoring over the past few weeks with Dr. Oscar Gonzales,
who when not heading the Internati onal Division, provides
leadership and management training to new Managers. The o ce had a
farewell party for Oscar on June 9th as he o cially handed Judy the

Chicago. This years summit included the current state of Global
Housing Markets and Insider Secrets on how to develop business
relationships with international clients, including post-summit
training focused on the EB-5 Visa Program and CIPS designation.
Exploring emerging markets, important trends in residential and
commercial real estate, and the latest luxury listing strategies
were also included. Actor Lou Diamond Phillips and Donald Trump,
Jr. were just two of the many speakers... Robin Van Zant was a
beautiful bride when she and Jeffrey Peters said their vows on May
2, 2015. The wedding was at First United Methodist Church in
downtown Houston and following the ceremony they celebrated with a
blacktie reception at Veranda 17 in The Sam Houston Hotel. They
honeymooned in Santa Barbara, California... Jeff Cox recently
returned after relaxing and having some fun in Las Vegas... Lots of
college graduate celebrations! Pam Bankerd went to Fort Worth for
the graduation of her Grandson from TCU, and Shawn Russell had to
travel a bit further- He went to his nephews graduation in
Washington State. Shawn usually goes there during the winter and he

Sunshine Kids and Triumph Over Kid Cancer. This years event theme
was Lets Go to the Hop and was held at a new venue in the gym at

raise money for the kids. This year was extra special, with the
crowning of the Prom Queen and King who happen to be Sunshine Kids

WOODLANDS: Norma Malagarie and her husband are planning a trip
to Honduras in October with Living Water International to drill a
well for a village that doesnt have clean water. If this is
something you would like to do, they are looking for volunteers to
go with them! Amy and Jared Stork, daughter and son-in-law of John
and Linda Startz, returned on May 12th from a very extended
honeymoon. They traveled throughout Belize, Costa Rica and Panama
for 5 months, seeing all the sights, experiencing the different
cultures, working a little bit as kitchen chefs in B&Bs and
hostels, and just generally experiencing all they could. They loved
the entire experience, but were happy to get home. Linda is
thrilled to have them home fi nally as 5 months was too long...
Karen Lara, Cheri Young, (Pink Ribbon Realtors Team) and Chris
Hanson and Eric Hanson all participated and raised money in the fi
ght against breast cancer! Their
participation helps continue program services that focus on
Prevention, Research, Education, Survival, and Support. To learn

celebrated her 5 year milestone of being cancer free on May 21st!
So proud of our SURVIVOR! On Sunday, April 19, approximately 11,000
cyclists, including our own Brenda Malone,
rallied together on Day 2 to make the journey from La Grange to
Austin. These riders participated in Day 2 of the MS150, after the
severe weather that led to the cancellation of Day 1 of the BP MS
150. A big thank you to all the volunteers and to who those
supported me in fundraising for this event! Hopefully next year
well be able to ride Day 1 and Day 2 and it wont be rained out! It
defi nitely wasnt easy but it is for a great cause.

Information Gets Listings! Market Reports Give Clients That
Info!When it comes to informati on that potenti al clients actually
want, Karen Baston-Clements of our Katy o ce gives thumbs up to our
Market Report postcards. Karen tells us I sent (my Market Report
postcard) out and got a listi ng appointment last week from the
postcard. I listed the property and expect it to sell very quickly.
The home owner said they kept my card and two others- They chose me
because my card was informati onal and that was what she wanted,
the other (Realtors) just talked about themselves. It worked! I am
very happy!
