Method: 1. Melt the black chocolate. Mix with egg yolks, gelatin powder,

amaretto wine, sweet cream and sugar. 2. Add in cooked risotto. 3. Put into containers and keep in refrigerator for about 40

minutes. Serve.4. Chocolate Risotto Pudding
