He is survived by his 3 children, son Steven, daughters Colleen and Shelly, his mother Alice of Magalia, his sister Kim, his brothers Wes and Mitchell of Oroville, CA; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father Jack Manley, his grandma Marjorie, his brother Chris and his sister Becky all of Napa. We will miss you Steve more than you will ever know.
