Millennial perspectives of government is better than other generations
– 62% of millennials believe a strong Federal government is necessary to solve problems (compared to 46% of non-millennials)
– 44% of millennials voice confidence in the ability of Federal government to solve problems (14 points higher than older generations)

diverse than any other generation in U.S. history. ($1 trillion in student debt – Bloomberg)
• Millennials place high value on “work-life balance”.• The top ideal employers of currently employed
Millennials are Google, Apple, Facebook, the U.S. State Department, and Disney. Five of the top 15 most ideal employers are government agencies (State Dept., FBI, CIA, NASA, and Peace Corps).
• Members of Gen Y are believed to be the most tech-savvy (78% of respondents agree) who know how to use social media to leverage opportunities (70% of respondents agree).
• 35 % of employed Millennials have started their own business on the side to supplement income
