Sessions are held at 12:15 p.m. on second Sundays of January, March, May, July, September and November, in the Parish Activity Center. Please call the Parish Office to register. Baptisms are at 12:15 p.m. on the third Sunday of each month. WEDDINGS Please phone the parish office to set-up an appointment with a priest, in order to begin the sacramental preparation. Only after this initial meeting and assessment can a date be set for the wedding. The process requires at least 6 months. NEW PARISHIONERS ARE WELCOME Please come to the parish office to register. Thanks to the many parishioners, family, friends and businesses who helped make the virtual 2020 IC
Festival a success, even in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. All 2,000 Prize Parade tickets sold out by
Wednesday afternoon. 500 chicken dinners and 400 pork dinners were sold out by Saturday afternoon. And,
with a few FB transmission glitches (sorry about that), all 33 Prize Parade winners were drawn by Saturday
evening (see the winner’s list below). This is great news for us at IC, and all the ways the IC Festival
benefits the school and parish!
We offer particular thanks to Jeff & Lisa Schott and Craig & Lindsey Lunz, co-chairs of the 2020 IC
Festival; the Prize Parade crew, the chicken and pork dinner crew, the K of C waffle crew, the Steering
Committee and all the other folks who worked so hard to pull together our virtual festival. Each year, the IC
Festival is an amazing endeavor of faith and trust that relies on countless volunteers putting in countless
hours to offer a memorable experience that not only raises valuable funds, but also nurtures and strengthens
our parish community. This year faith and trust were especially critical as we forged ahead in the midst of a
pandemic, discerning and balancing how best to proceed, while also ensuring the safety of all. Special thanks
for all those who shared extra faith and trust this year to make the festival a virtual reality.
We offer thanks to all the generous businesses which helped make our Prize Parade a success,
especially Bud’s Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Celina and Bud’s Chevrolet-Buick in St. Mary’s for the 2019 Buick
Encore, to Dr. James Schmit for providing the diamond and blue zircon rings, and to Francis Furniture for
the shopping spree and to the many other generous businesses and people listed below who have donated to
the raffle.
And, we offer our sincere thanks and ask God’s blessing upon all the ways you share your time, talent
and treasure with I.C. parish.

K of C Chicken Dinners
On Sunday, August 2, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. till
sold out the Celina Knights of Columbus 1800 will be
selling chicken dinners prepared by 2 Willys
Barbeque. As in the past there will be a drive thru
on Wayne Street in front of IC School. There will also
be waffles for sale. The Knights of Columbus would
like to thank all who have supported these chicken
sales in the past. With your support the Knights of
Columbus has been able to do their charitable work.
Prayerful Consideration
The Secular Order of Carmelites in
September and October are accepting new visitors,
(men or women, single or married) who are seeking a
deeper prayer life. Do you have a deep devotion to
the Blessed Virgin Mary? Do you long for communion
with like-minded Catholics? Are you being called to
serve the Church in a new capacity for the salvation
of souls?
Then the Lord may be calling YOU. Our
meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the
month starting at 6:30 p.m. Due to the Covid
Pandemic, at this time, our meetings have been held
at Holy Trinity Parish, Coldwater or St. Henry
Parish, St. Henry, Ohio.
