Dwelling Unit No. 5439-1, MH~, Manimajra, Chandigarh was allotted on hirePurchase basis to Sh. Naresh Kumar Tuli and Smt. Alka Tuli vide letter No.24 dated04.02.1997. The said dwelling unit was further transferred in favour of Smt Alka Tuli W/o LateSh. Naresh Tuli vide letter No 27651 dated 06.102016.
Consequent upon the execution of Deed of Transfer of lease rights by way ofsale in respect of Dwelling Unit No. 5439-1, Cat-II, MHC, Man/majra, Chandigarh In yourfavour with the office of Sub Registrar U.T., Chandigarh at Serial No. 6934 dated 14,OctOber, 2019, the Registration number and allotment of the said dwelling unit is herebytransferred in your name as per the transfer policy framed by the Board under Regulation 16of the Chandigarh Housing Board (Allotment, management and sale of tenements)regulations, 1979 as amended on the original terms and condition as contained in the abovesaid allotment letterl on the Hire Purchase Tenancy Agreement to sell executed in respect' ofthe above said dwelling unit.
You shall execute the Hire-Purchase Tenancy Agreement! Agreement to Sellwithin one month and lease deed thereafter failing which the transfer of registration No. 992and the allotment in respect of the above said dwelling unit shall be liable to be cancelled.
