And whereas, SPOA-Sh Satish Kumar Sharma on behalf of allottee has deposited the Penal

& Revival Charges of Rs. 12,97,149/-on 27.02.2017 in SBl Account No 376241593894.

.affidavit stating therein :that decision of Board regarding pena.1charges etc. is acceptable to the allottee
