Perunding NFL Sdn. Bhd (PNFL) was founded by Sr. Dato’ Hj. Nik Farid Kamil in 1972. The firm is the pioneer in Quantity Surveying which is wholly owned by Malaysian and one of the leading Con-sulting Quantity Surveyors in Malaysia.

They have served many cli-ents ranging from Govern-ment, semi-government, stat-utory bodies to private and public companies, partner-ships and individual Clients from inception up to the com-pletion of Building and Infra-structure Engineering works in Malaysia and Overseas.

Over 40 years of its establish-ment, PNFL have experiences in many types of construction works. PNFL has also been accredited with the ISO Qual-ity Management System by SIRIM Berhad.

They have about sixty five em-ployees with four Directors sit in the Board. The Board of Directors is headed by The Managing Director /Chief Ex-ecutive Director and support-ed by Executive Chairman and two Executive Directors.

SR ABD HALIMBIN ROSMANSr Abd. Halim Rosman, currently 43 years old . Be-fore this he had been grad-uated from Glasgow Caedo-nian University, Scotland, United Kingdom. He start-ed his career as a Quantity Surveyor at PNFL in 1994. He was appointed as an As-sociate Director in Septem-ber 2003 and become a Director of the company in April 2004. In 2012, he was appointed as a Managing Director based on his per-formance in the company

His task as a Managing Director is to oversee the overall operation of the company to set the direc-tion, ensure growth and sustainability so as to bring the company to greater height. Besides that, as a Mananging Director, he

Sr Abd Halim B Rosman had been choosen to be one of the group members for ths project . As a Quantity Surveyor his task is to calcu-late the costing of the project and also prepare the tender document .Every month he will attend the meeting with all the group members to dis-cuss regarding the project.
