Client SpotlightAfter 30 years with the interior design standard bearer firm of EST EST Inc., the last 25 as owner and head designer, Tony Sutton knows merging beauty with value isn’t always a successful fusion. But, especially these days, it pays to find viable ways to make it happen. “In today’s market, it’s important to make value decisions – getting the right combination of value without compromising,” said Sutton. “I’ve found High Res Media does just that, and to make it even better, they’re real gentlemen with fun dispositions.” As owner and head designer of the oldest interior design firm in Scottsdale – soon to celebrate 50 illustrious years in the Valley, Sutton knows his business. His full-service staff comprised of ASID, NCIDQ-certified and LEEDS-certified designers and architects are well-known nationally for their unique and innovative designs. Interior designs for top-end residential, corporate offices, master planned communities and hotels and resorts (like Lost Creek Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming) have appeared in prestigious magazines like Architectural Digest, Resorts & (cq) Hotels and Estates West, and have been the subject of numerous television programs. Their full service interior design company, a veritable ‘one-stop shop’ offers everything from traditional design services to architectural detailing, AutoCad drawins and custom furniture design. Started in 1959 by William Benner and Pat Mass, EST EST Inc. was responsible for the original layout and design of the Phoenix Zoo – with its then-trendsetting natural habitats for animals. In his three decades with EST EST Inc., Sutton has served as art director for some of

the company’s publication projects, so when he saw High Res Media photographs done for The Ray Group, founded by Terry Ray and operated with Dave Patterson, the discriminating Sutton was impressed by what he saw. “It was The Ray Group that first recommended High Res Media. They’d send me links on properties we were helping them with and I saw these wonderful photographs and said, ‘Wow, these are really great.’ I’ve done art directing for years and I know especially for sunset shots, there’s a narrow window of time you can catch that essence. High Res does that wonderfully.” High Res photographer Jason Roehner has now worked on several EST EST, Inc. projects and elicits kudos from the exacting Sutton. “I’ve really enjoyed working with this guy, he’s awesome,” said Sutton. “They come with an entire crew and get an amazing amount of photos done, and done well.
