2. SCHEDULES

This module is to maintain and mange the various schedules for the refinery activities such as Unit shutdown, equipment inspection and manpower scheduling. The schedule page can be opened for each activityby clicking on their respective link.

2.1 Unit Shutdown Schedule

This will maintain the shutdown schedules for different units ofHPCL-VR. By clicking on the unit shutdown schedule link, thefollowing page will be opened.

By default, it will show the upcoming shutdown schedules. Byselecting plan month and clicking on show will allow the user tosee the planned shutdown for the selected month. Show all buttonwill display all the executed and planned shutdowns. A newschedule for a refinery unit could be created by clicking on theCreate New button. To entry the details of an executed shutdownor to edit the details of a planned shutdown click on the Editlink.

After the changes and the entries are done click on Apply Changes. Once the entry is made for the Actual Shutdown date the next schedule

will be automatically created as per the Shutdown frequency of the refinery unit.

2.2 Equipment Inspection Schedule

This will maintain the inspection schedules for differentequipments of HPCL-VR. By clicking on the Equipment InspectionSchedule link, the following page will be opened.

By default, it will show the upcoming inspection schedules. Various set of filters have been provided to refine the search ofinspection schedules. By selecting plan month and clicking on show will allow the user to see the planned inspection for the selected month. A new schedule for inspection could be created by clicking on the Create New button. To entry the details of an

executed shutdown or to edit the details of a planned shutdown click on the Edit link.

2.3 Manpower Scheduling – Coverage for Inspection

This module could be used to assign engineers for inspectionthroughout the month. It includes inspection coverage forholidays as well.

To create a new entry click on the Create button and after the entriesare done click on Submit to save changes.

To edit the existing entries click on the edit button and then after the changes are made click on Apply Changes.

2.4 Painting Inspection coverage

This module could be used to assign inspector for paint/coat inspection for each month.

By clicking on the Create button and after the entries are made click on the Submit button

To edit any click on the Edit button and after doing the changes clickon Apply Changes.

2.5 Call out Schedule

This module will be used to prepare a call out schedule and keepcontact information of the engineers who will be called out.

To edit any entry click on the edit button.

By clicking on the create button, new entries can be made and click onCreate button to save the entry.

2.6 Time Table of Turnaround Cycles

This module could be used to maintain the Time table of Turnaround Cycles.

To edit any entry click on the edit button. Click on Apply Changes button.

By clicking on the create button, new entries can be made and click onCreate button to save the entry.

3. EQUIPMENTS MODULE

This page will allow the user to view, edit, and carry out several actions such as logging Outage, Inspection, Schedules and Datacard forvarious equipments. User can filter the equipments by Unit and Equipment Type.

By clicking on the equipment no., the user could access the details ofthe equipments. User could do any modification required and click on the apply changes button to save the modifications.

By clicking on the Outage link, user could plan the outage for the respective equipment.

By clicking on the equipment Inspection link, the user can enter the details of the inspection done on that equipment.

By clicking on the Inspection History link, the user can view the details of all the past inspections done on that equipment.

By clicking on the Schedule button, the user will be redirected to theInspection Schedules module. New schedules can also be created if no inspection is planned for that equipment.

By clicking on the Datacard button, the user could create/ view the various parameter wise datacard enries for the respective equipment.
