How to use iMovie Kyra, Camryn and Dhanisha

Step 1Open iMovie

Step 2Then press the small plus symbol in the top right

corner

Step 3Once you press the plus symbol 2 choices come up (movie

or trailer). For this tutorial we will be making a movie.

Step 4When you have clicked iMovie it will have come up

with a number of different template choices.

Step 5Once you have selected your template click the

create movie button in the top right corner

Step 6After doing this the screen will show the movie

editing board

Step 7On this board you can add audio, pictures, sounds

and videos

Step 8You can also click on the setting button which gives you a

choice to animate the picture and also change the background

Step 9To add pictures press photos on the top right

corner

Step 10To record audio press the small microphone

symbol in the bottom right corner

Step 11To add a video press the video button next to the

photo button

Step 12To add in sound effects or music press the audio

button in the top right corner
