What is Dropbox?
Dropbox is a home for all
your photos, docs, videos, and files.
Anything you add to Dropbox will
automatically show up on all your computers,
phones…
…and even the Dropbox website — so
you can access your stuff
from anywhere.
Let’s Create our
Dropbox Account
Log on to www.dropbox.com
Type your full name
Type your Email Address
Type your Password
Tick “I agree to Dropbox Terms”
Click on “Sign up for free”
Or simply Sign up for free with your Google
Account.
After you’ve created your
Dropbox Account
Let’s download the
Dropbox App
Click and Run “Dropbox Installer” to Install the
App
Just wait for the installation to complete
You will be directed to the Dropbox Setup window
Type in your Email Address
Type in your Password
Click Sign In
Congratulations! Dropbox is now Installed.
Click Open my Dropbox
Welcome to Dropbox
Click Get Started
Click Next
Click Next
Click Next
Click Finish
Let’s share folder with
other people
Sign-in to Dropbox
Log on to www.dropbox.com
Click Sign-In
Type in your Email Address
Type in your Password
Click Sign-In
You’ll be directed to your Dropbox Home Screen
Click the Folder that you
want to Share
Click Share
The Sharing Window will appear
Type-in the Email Address of your recipient
Type-in the Email Address of your recipient
You may also add a message if you want
Click Can Edit
Select Can Edit so that
people can Edit, Delete, Comment, and…
…add the files to your
Dropbox.
Click Can View so that
your people…
People Can View, Download and
Comment.
Click Share
How to share Screenshots quickly
Click the Dropbox App in your System Tray
Click the Gearbox and a
pop-up menu will appear
Open the Dropbox app Preferences
Click Import
Tick Share Screenshots using Dropbox
Click OK
