Ingredients Lamb I kg (lean version and minced)Egg 1Green chilli paste 2 tbsp Onion 1 (finely chopped)Coriander powder: 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tbspCoriander 1 bunch, freshly chopped.Salt as per taste

30 Minutes + Soaking TimeTo Prepare VadasTake a large bowl and place the minced lamb on it.Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix the mince lamb with your hands. Just the way you dough flour.After mixing all the ingredients thoroughly, make sure that you knead it some more for that lace texture. This will ensure that the kebab ahs a uniform taste throughout.Now take out your skewers and for the minced meat into kebab shapes.Place this skewer over hot charcoals and grill and cook until the kebab is prepared.Go on turning the kebab on both the sides after some time so that it is thoroughly cooked.Once done, serve hot.
