HOW TO DO YOGA
YOGA IS A FUN WAY TO STRETCH AND RELAX.
BEFORE I START, I PLACE MY YOGA MAT ON THE FLOOR AND MAKE SURE IT IS FLAT.
I CAN DO YOGA BY MYSELF OR WITH A FRIEND.
WHEN I DO YOGA, I POSE LIKE DIFFERENT ANIMALS.
I CAN BE A GIRAFFE.Standing up, I place my hands together. Then I bring my hands over my head and lean to one side.
I CAN BE A COW.
I place my hands and knees on the yoga mat and I point my head towards the sky.
I CAN BE AN OWL
I sit on the yoga mat and turn my body to the side.
I CAN BE A HORSE. I stand with my legs apart and my
feet pointing out and bend my knees.
I CAN BE AN ALLIGATOR.
I place the palms of my hands on the yoga mat and then I
step my feet back so my legs are flat.
WHEN I AM DONE I TAKE A DEEP BREATH .
