Why use restrictions?
Restrictions give you a way to apply special conditions to your bookings.
These are reflected on your property's page, so customers can only reserve according to your restrictions – helping you manage your bookings easier.

• Minimum Stay
You can set the minimum lengths of stay that a guest can book.
• Minimum Advance Reservation
You can also specify how far in advance customers can book.

First Steps:
Adding Restrictions to Your Availability.
Log in to your Extranet
Click on the “Rates & Availability” tab

In the “Rates & Availability” tab,
select the room you want to add
restrictions to.
Check the date you want to add the restrictions for.

For a longer date range, click the corresponding button.
Choose the desired restriction.

In the “Rates & Availability” tab select the room
you want to add restrictions to.
Click the date you want to add the restrictions for.
You can also enter a longer date range here.
