- Pillow selvages vary from sharp, distinct dark/light/dark green(zoned) bands 1-2 cm wide, to diffuse dark green bands up to 15 £mwide (apparant), the latter possibly a function of shal low core-selvage angles.

- Kyrlte is very abundant (3"5%) throughout, locally up to \ >z oc-curring as sub-to-euhedral cubes 10.5 mm to 7 mm) localized bothalong selvages and within pillow cores, Open fractures (average2-3 per metre throughout) are rarely pyritic, but rare thin quartzcarbonate healed Fractures (1 to 8 mm wide 1 commonly contain 2-3pyrite.

Traces of chalcopyrite {« U) are recognized in one location onlvat 11.7 m, within a s ingle weakly slickensided ooen fracture.as minute anhedral flecks'and powderv coatings. A subtle pu'rple-staining also occurs along this fracture.
