Grant Munoz Music 331 15 March 2013 Concert Report – March 11 2013 UW School of Music – Modern Band and Studio Jazz Ensemble On Monday, March 11 I attended Uw School of Music’s Modern Band and Studio Jazz Ensemble performance. The Jazz ensemble, which was my favorite part of the night played Duke Ellington’s Sound of Love which is a piece that I have played, and really enjoyed in the past. Once we moved on to the vocally focused piece I was able to enjoy Anne Kane’s voice. She has an extremely emotive timbre to her voice and I really enjoyed
