1 Category 1 The bidder Joint Venture firms having A-class License from Chief Electrical Inspector of any stateUnion territory of India other than Himachal Pradesh but they have to register with CEI of HP within 2 months of the award The bidder should be financially sound and average turnover of the bidder for the past 2 years out of last 3 years should be minimum Rs 015 Crore As proof of turnover the bidder shall have to produce a certificate from the Bank Chartered Accountant The bidder should have executed at least (1) one such work having provision for 112233 KV HT Line
2 Category 2 The bidderJoint Venture firm having A-class License from Chief Electrical Inspector HP Having their registered office in HP The bidder shall be financially sound and average turnover of the bidder for the past 2 years out of last 3 years should be
minimum Rs 015 Crore As proof of turnover the bidder shall have to produce a certificate from the Bank Chartered Accountant The bidder should hClve executed at least (1) one such work having provision for 112233 KV HT Line
