HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL ANNOUNCEMENTS: Public address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only. ANIMALS: Service animals are welcomed in McLane Stadium. All other animals will not be allowed to enter. BAGS & BACKPACKS: Backpacks are not allowed in McLane Stadium. Bags & purses larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will not be allowed in McLane Stadium. BANNERS & POLES: Banners may not be hung with non-destructive attachments. Poles may not be brought into McLane Stadium unless approved by Baylor Athletics. CAMERAS: Cameras with lenses 4”or smaller are permitted in McLane Stadium. Tripods or Monopods are not allowed. DRONES: Drones and other Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) may not be flown or operated from or over Baylor property. ENTRANCES: • Gate C: Located on the east side of McLane Stadium • Media: Located on the west side of McLane Stadium FIELD ACCESS: For the safety of participants and spectators alike, at no time before, during or after a contest shall spectators be permitted onto the field. Access to the field shall be limited to participating student-athletes, coaches, officials, support personnel and properly credentialed individuals at all times. FIRST AID & MEDICAL: For the safety of fans in McLane Stadium, the first aid station is located on the concourse near sections 125. GATES OPEN: 90 minutes prior to kickoff. PARKING: Parking lots open 4 hours prior to kick-off and are free to the football fans, approximately 2000 spots are available for high school football. Fans should arrive early and are encour- aged to use Hwy 77 to MLK Blvd to avoid traffic at MLK Blvd and I-35. PAsses: High Schools may elect to accept PAsses (District, Coaches, Etc.) at their discretion. Passes must be redeemed for a ticket at the ticket office to the Right of gate C. PROHIBITED ITEMS: In conjunction with the Big 12 Conference & for the safety of our guests & employees, the following are prohibited: Baby Strollers, Backpacks, Bags & Purses larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, Banners & Signs, Camera Lenses larger than 4”, Outside Food & Beverage*, Pets*, Tobacco, Umbrellas, Video Cameras, Weapons, Firearms & Fireworks (*Exceptions will be made for those with medical require- ments or special needs) RE-ENTRY: McLane Stadium has a no re-entry policy. Exceptions to the no re-entry policy will be made for medical situations. If a need for re-entry arises due to a medical need, please visit a gate supervisor at the entry gate. RVs: RVs and other towable vehicles are not allow in the in the Stadium parking lot for high school games. Accom- modations are available at Brazos Parking By Calling 254-717-3138 or emailing [email protected] SMOKING & TOBACCO: Smoking (both traditional & non-tradi- tional) & any forms of tobacco will not be permitted at McLane Stadium. Baylor University is a tobacco–free, smoke–free campus. TAILGATING: Tailgating is allowed in parking lots at McLane Stadium. Individuals may tailgate behind their vehicles as long as driveways and additional parking spots are not blocked. Additionally, tailgaters are welcome to use the grass area to the north side of the lagoon for tailgating. TICKET OFFICE: The ticket office is located on the East side of McLane Stadium just to the right of Gate C. TICKETS: All persons (ages 2 & up) must present a ticket for admission to McLane Stadium. VIDEO CAMERAS: Video cameras are not permitted in McLane Stadium. WATER BOTTLES: Fans may bring clear, empty water bottles into McLane Stadium to fill at water fountains located around the 100 level concourses. Limit one per person & bottles may not exceed 1L in size. Glass containers and backpack-style hydration systems are not allowed.
