Bouchard Finlayson Crocodile’s Lair “Kaaimansgat” 2015 New 2016 vintage end Sept 2017 Overberg 76 Distinctive mineral quality, lots of melon, green apple, litchi and slight vanilla tones achieved from the French oak maturation.

Vondeling 2015 Voor-Paardeberg 58 Lemon and pale straw colour. This wine has an inviting nose of honeyed citrus, potpourri and peach blossoms with a subtle

hint of beeswax. A full bodied, gentle palate with fresh, chalky citrus, yellow flowers, candied almonds and ginger spice.

The flavours are vibrant and the finish refined.

Ernst Gouws & Co 2016 Stellenbosch 48 Lightly wooded with typical aromas of fresh almonds, peach and orange peel. Hints of vanilla spice and toffee.

Ataraxia 2017 Western Cape 54 Pure, pungent fruit, alluring white stone fruit, citrus and lemongrass aromas which are effortlessly reflected on the palate.

Oak Valley Fountain Of Youth 2017 Groenlandberg-Elgin 52 Aromas of passion fruit, white peach and litchi with a slight herbaceous undertone. Flavours of passion fruit persist on the

palate, particularly granadilla, lemons, white pear, gooseberry and a lovely saline finish that reminds one of fresh oyster shells

A classic blend of noble red cultivars, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. On the nose this wine presents

complex red berry fruit notes. An appealing pale salmon colour leads to bright red fruit, strawberry and red berries.

Good freshness, balance and drinkability. Crisp and dry, but with a pleasant hint of fruit sweetness.

African Penguin Reserve by Creation 2017 Cape South Coast 42 60% Grenache, 20% Viognier, 20% Syrah. The gentle allure of rosebud and straw mingles with inviting whiffs of wild strawberry

Vondeling Baldrick Shiraz 2015 Voor-Paardeberg 40 A rich, deep, purple colour. Nose: Bold red and blue fruits with a hint of wood smoke. Intense floral notes of violets and

cherry blossoms. Spices include coriander seeds, cinnamon, sweet cloves and aniseed. Palate: A well rounded palate,

full of plump juicy plums, subtle pepper and other exotic spices. A dash of delicate Mourvèdre adds red berry fruit and

71% Chenin and 29% Muscat de Frontignan. Aromas of honey, tangerine supported by apricot and dried peach flavours. On the palate a subtle balance between acid and sugar with dried fruit and vanilla spice notes.

A classic terroir driven wine, rated one of the top 20 Chardonnays in the world and the Top White Wine in South Africa.

Iona 2016 Elgin 520 Stylish and Burgundian with lime and lemon undertones. Bright citrus, oyster shell minerality with a hint of almonds and

biscuit brioche on the finish. Beautiful floral notes and bright fresh acidity persist.

Newton Johnson Family Vineyard 2016 Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley 682 Illuminating quality, powerful yet precise and energetic. Green lime, chalk and allspice give ornate lift to the richer,

riper lime, yuzu citrus and headier spices. Grape tannin buttresses the vibrant citrus flavour, lengthened by the bright

acidity into a resonating, dry and granular finish.

Ataraxia 2016 Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge 460 Expressive grapefruit, white peach, ripe pear, grilled hazel nut aromas and flavours. The palate is penetrating and profound

yet graceful and poised. Classic length, creaminess and intriguing complexity define this stylish, world class Chardonnay.

Newton Johnson Southend 2016 Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley 407 Crisp and articulate. A potent aura of ripe limes and lime peel, brightened with ginger and almost jasmine-like florality.

Compact fruit core in the mouth with honeydew succulence. The clean acidity holds throughout the palate into the

powdery, dry finish.

Bouchard Finlayson Crocodile’s Lair “Kaaimansgat” 2015 New vintage end Sept 2017 Overberg 302 Rich in flavour with a distinctive mineral quality. It is this mineral quality which offers expanded taste expression.

Lots of melon, green apple, litchi and slight vanilla tones achieved from the French oak maturation.

Creation 2016 Walker Bay 342 Straw yellow with attractive glints of green. On the nose glorious layers of sun-kissed pear and peach are enhanced by

fresh minerality and a hint of piquant vanilla. The full-bodied palate is in perfect harmony, generously fruity and subtly spicy.

Oak Valley Beneath The Clouds 2016 Groenlandberg- Elgin 225 This Chardonnay expresses generous lemon-citrus aromas, almonds, oyster shell and flint. This fresh lemon-citrus follows on the

palate with ruby grapefruit as the dominant character. Lovely full mid-palate with the citrus fruits supported by sweet zesty

spice. This will please those who enjoy wooded, but fresher-styled Chardonnays

Creation 2017 Walker Bay 210 Pale straw yellow with twinkling flashes of green. Superbly balanced with aromas of tropical fruit, elegant elderflower and

interesting minerally whiffs. Crisp well-integrated acidity adds to the allure and leads to a lingering, memorable aftertaste.

Springfield Special Cuvée 2016 New vintage end Aug 2017 Robertson 200 A richly concentrated wine from the estate's prime site. Treated tenderly with minimal intervention, the full expression of the

Southern Right 2017 Walker Bay 186 A tight, complex wine with a classic minerality and length, balancing the ripe fruit on the nose.

A compelling blend of Old and New world styles - lifted fruit and mineraliness on the palate.

Durbanville Hills 2017 Durbanville 120 Delightful combination of ripe green fig, starfruit, citrus, green apple, winter melon, grass and minerality. This mouth-filling,

Heritage Heroes The Beautiful Lady 2016 Stellenbosch 300

Made entirely from Gewȕrztraminer this wine has nuances of rose petals and Turkish delight on the nose with alluring

sweet litchi and pineapple notes. Elegant, nuanced and well-balanced with floral notes flowing onto the palate.

Its sweetness is more suggested than overt, enlivened by good acidity and closes on a lovely, lingering finish.
