MATERIAL COMPOSITION HempiPANEL is a high performance bio-composite wall created as a total solution for low-rise external or internal walls in all climatic regions. Primarily made of fast renewable hemp hurd plant fibres combined with our specially formulated lime based binder tailored to withstand harsh weather conditions, the easy to install profiles provides the ease construction for a homogeneous and aesthetically unique natural timber wall finish.

HempiBLOCK is a bio-composite block wall module that are eco-friendly alternative to masonry walls such as clay bricks or non-loadbearing concrete masonry units. Our selected hemp hurd plant fibres combined with specially formulated lime based binder is no different from conventional methods of masonry wall construction. This product is lightweight, easily transportable and applied to all regions. For your cost savings, we can supply the raw materials and manufacture blocks or panels on site casting yard using local mobile block making machines and workers.

MATERIAL COMPOSITION HempiCAST is a bio-composite premix material, ideal as an insulated wall solution for low-rise external walls in extreme climatic conditions. It can also be applied as acoustic internal walls. Mixing our specially selected hemp hurd and formulated lime based binder, the designer has the flexibility to vary finishing texture (based on formwork used), colour hue of wall (by adding inorganic pigments), or lime plaster and paint (with breathable paint eg. mineral silicate) to their desired wall design effect.

CAST IN-SITU CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Formwork shuttering boards can be in whatever available resource in the region. Ideal for hard to reach site with
available workers. Skills, tools and equipment required for cast in-situ method is quite similar with concrete material.
Except that instead of using concrete mixer, Pan Mixer with rotary blades is more ideal. Also, additional tamping
process to compact the poured HempiCAST mix into formwork is required. Formwork can be removed after 24hours
where casted hemp wall shall be left curing under shelter protection from rain.
We can provide training workshops of building demonstration to the project builders or contractor teams upon
request.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION Standard Size: In premix packs of HempiHurd and HempiBind Colour: Light beige natural woody colour exposing hemp raw material. Options to varied colours with use of eco-friendly pigments are available upon request Finished texture: HempiCast wall finish can be as left as finished surface or rendered with lime wash render or lime plaster with breathable paint (eg. WARRANTY Hempi products are under a 1 year warranty for replacement of materials in case of defects of material upon construction completion of building. In order for this product warranty to be valid, licensed contractor should be engaged to carry out construction or renovation works. LICENSED DISTRIBUTOR AND INSTALLER Our licensed distributor in South East Asia is Worldbiz Venture Co. Ltd. The sales and support staff are trained on Hempi range of products, its construction requirements and maintenance or repair support. MATTERIAL SAFETY DATASHET This material does not contain any hazardous substances such as: Any substance that is classified as carcinogenic, harmful to the reproductive system or genetically harmful, such as those substances listed in the current International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in Groups 1, 2A and 2B.
a. Phosphogypsum. b. Asbestos c. Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr+6), Arsenic, Mercury, Selenium, Boron

In the case of using glues, binders, additives, or surface treatment agents, those are formulated or manufactured with CFC, HCFC, HFC, methylene chloride or other halogenated organic compounds:
a. Organic Tin compounds; or b. Halogenated organic binding agents; or c. Halogenated organic flame retardant; or d. Halogenated organic or aromatic solvents; or e. Phthalates with alkyl groups such as Dibutyl (DBP), Diethylhexyl (DEHP), Diethyl (DEP), Dimethyl (DMP),
Butylbenzyl (BBP) and Di-n-octyl (DnOP) Phthalates.
Emissions requirements have complied to ASTM D 5116-10 or ASTM D 6670 where: a. TVOC emission rate: ≤ 0.25mg per m3 per hour after 24 hours b. Formaldehyde emission rate: ≤ 0.02mg per m3 per hour after 48 hours c. 4-Phenylcyclohexene rate: ≤ 0.0065mg per m3 per hour after 48 hours d. Total Phthalates: ≤ 0.01mg per m3
