Exemptions for Minors
• Federal Law• Bolded Items contain
exemptions for 16 & 17 year – old apprentices– student learners– high school graduates
• who have completed– training as student learners– when employed under
prescribed conditions

minors 16-18 years old who have completed – training as a student learner– trainee in an on-the-job
