“Our experiences influence our approach, with the understanding that flavor is made up of not only taste, but all of our senses: what we see, hear, touch and smell and how every aspect of dining -- from the color and shape of a plate to the music playing in the background - affects our perception of flavor” states Yvonne Roberts, Principal and Artistic Director.

We believe today’s ideal luxury niche is positioned as refined-casual, with attention to moderate price points, carefully positioning the establishment for broad audience appeal. Menu concepts should embrace fresh produce from the local farmer’s, emphasizing the region’s unique attributes.

We must also be committed to the environment, using natural products and recycling items, thus ensuring proper use of the diminishing natural resources. In addition, conscious to organic, free-range, grass-fed, humanely treated animals while promoting local farmers. I see the latest user-friendly technology enhancing the expected value for customers.

We must remain conscious of our role from within the local community by supporting social and charitable obligations and ensuring employment.

Some of the most cherished memories of my life are to have savored an abundance of exquisite, palatable flavors alongside the world’s most talented star chefs and winemakers. All the while with an understanding that flavor is made up of not only taste, but all of our senses: what we see, hear, touch and smell and how every aspect of dining -- from the color and shape of a plate to the music playing in the background - affects our perception of flavor.

I crave to share with others this extraordinary culinary journey; from Napa Valley to Bordeaux, Penfolds to Petrus, Manhattan to Barcelona, Eric Ripert to José Andrés, Jean-Paul Jeunet to Todd English. Allow me to set the table with food and wine flavors that not only complement one another, but also express passion and recognition for all the senses, coupled with a sincere appreciation for that which Mother Earth provides.

To ensure the success and what the spirit of the event will reflect, one must possess passion, style and organization skills. This must be done with the utmost finesse and creativity in order to spotlight an extravagant, memorable and picturesque event. As a truly talented professional hosting these types of events one must have a keen eye to the smallest of details, making it look seamless and effortless, as all eyes watching. And naturally, of course, an elegant welcoming demeanor is a must! With this, one can create the most memorable event for guests.

Throughout my 20-year career, I have been honored with having organized so many wonderful events, such as elaborate gala dinners with guest host Prince Albert of Monaco, the Baroness Philippine Rothschild of Mouton Rothschild, Remi Krug of Krug Champagne, Robert Mondavi and sons Michael and Tim of Robert Mondavi Winery. I hosted monthly Interactive Luncheons with Michelin-Star chefs from France and our own celebrity chefs. Through this appreciation of fine food and wine, I have been able to raise more than 6 million dollars for charitable foundations, which is extremely important to me and most endearing to my heart.

Focus your message. A consistent message should be used to communicate to both internal and external audiences. Repeat your message. Repetition of a consistent message is the most efficient way to reach currently and potential customers. Understand the power of publicity. Consumers believe the news media more than paid advertising. Public relations help to establish third-party credibility whereas others ‘toot’ their horn. Know your facts, know your audience and support your company’s message. We’re talking about the new marketing imperatives of understanding the client as an individual, having a clear view of the client experience journey or systems of engagement and lastly, integrating the company’s culture and brand to be authentically one. Until now, there was no practical way to harvest this opportunity. To sum it up, it’s about the art of SPREADING THE WORD.

I like to think of myself as a Traditionalist with an Avant-Garde flair, on a never-ending Quest for Perfection, united with Passion and Determination. All of which enables me to create a custom-tailored path for others to achieve their personal goals and lifelong dreams. And with this honor, I can now share an infinite passport with other Global Citizens.
