FIRE DETECTION

Intelligent Addressable Intelligent Addressable Systems offer benefits in terms of speed of

detection, identification of the location of fire and easier maintenance. These systems also offer

high tolerance towards faults in wiring – single pair of wires can be used to connect over 200

devices to a single system. This method offers cost savings when large systems are used. This

system works for you round the clock. Various sensors like motion detection, glass break, door

contacts are installed in your premises. These sensors detect any disturbances and send a signal

to our 24hr Control Room.

Conventional Fire Alarm System provides the earliest practicable fire detection and

warning. This system consists of smoke or heat detectors at strategic locations. They detect

smoke or heat at the earliest during any outbreak of fire. Hybrid The Hybrid Fire Alarm

System combines the capabilities of both Intelligent Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm

System.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

Detection of threat is the very first step to safety, our systems effectively detect a threat, which

gives you time prepare mentally and almost instantaneously our suppression systems jumps

into action. In case of threat time is essential, our technologically advanced smoke detectors

and other equipment act instantaneously saving precious time to take safety precautions and

remedial action.

FIRE SUPPRESSION

Water Based Systems Ezone offers a range of Water Based Fire Protection Systems like

Sprinkler, Hydrant, Pre-action Systems, Kitchen Hood System, High and Medium Velocity

Mist Systems and Tank Foam System to suit individual fire protection needs.

Gas Based Systems In addition to fire detection and alarm systems, organizations that have a

dedicated server / rack rooms should have minimum gas suppression systems. The different

types of gas suppression systems available are CO2, NAF SIII, FM 200 and Inergent.

PERIMETER SECURITY

Large campuses need a secured Perimeter Protection System to stop intruders from having

access to the campuses. This is very essential in particularly on a large scale where manning

every entry / exit point is close to impossible 24 hours a day

Video Monitoring We can design and setup a good value video monitoring of your premises.

It is a wonderful deterrence and evidence collection against work related issues, trespassing,

burglary, sabotage, theft, etc.,. We use wired/wireless, IP/Non-IP, CCTV/DVR technologies to

GUARD MONITORING

How do you know what value you are getting from your manned guarding or security patrols

or, for example, your cleaning and facilities contractors?

Our Guard Monitoring system uses reliable technology. Each guard can be provided with his

own low cost device, making him identifiable. This device can be in stainless steel casings

containing microchip circuitry. They are impact resistant, chemical and waterproof.

We can track the route of a patrolling guard via strategically placed proximity readers, sending

information directly to a central database and, if required, can also be set to give an alert if

there are exceptions to predetermined patrol activity.

This is an ideal solution for big houses, farm houses, offices premises, hospitals, outdoor sites,

construction sites.

Being in the business of Systems Integration since 2002, we clearly understand the how a multi

branded systems are integrated and works like a well oiled gear wheels. At eZONE, we provide

many options to help you choose the maintenance protection plan that is right for your needs.

Most facility managers will agree that a well designed maintenance strategy will maximize

returns while minimizing the risks. It also helps improve efficiency as well as issues that

impact the comfort, health and safety of the occupants and the environment.

Non-Comprehensive AMC:

This is a Service Annual Maintenance Contract.

When the client enters into this AMC, our well qualified Service Engineers’ will carry out the

Preventive Maintenance Services (PPS) based on the agreed terms of periodicity. Ideally it’s

done every 3 months unless there is a change in the policy of the client to have it at different

intervals. It may be once a month or once in 4 months etc. Based on the increased /decreased

periodicity the value of the contract will increase/decrease.

Most of the time these periodic preventive services are planned in advance and in coordination

with our clients.

Apart from the preventive services, this contract covers the complaint calls too without any

extra cost.

However the spares and consumables are chargeable based on the prevailing prices.

Comprehensive AMC:

Preventive Periodic Services (PPS) will be like Non-comprehensive AMC. However under

Comprehensive AMC even the Spare parts are covered but the consumables are on chargeable

based on the prevailing prices.

Most of the time these periodic preventive services are planned in advance and in coordination

with our clients.

Apart from the preventive services, this contract covers the complaint calls too without any

extra cost.

24 HRS CALL MONITORING (CMS)

Our Control Room staff and security staff are on stand-by round the clock to respond to any of

your calls within minutes.

Sensors are installed in the premises (Residence/Business)

If any problem occurs at the premises, a coded signal is digitally transferred to Ezone

Security 24hrs Monitoring Station.

We will validate the alarm by contacting predetermined contact numbers

Customer will be notified about the alarm.

Police are also notified promptly.

All this happens in a matter of seconds to minutes.

MANAGED SERVICE

Team of well qualified personnel will be deployed at client’s facility to monitor and take

charge of various systems like Fire Detection, Fire Protection, CCTV, Access, BMS Systems

etc. on 24/7/365. This service is expected to take the load off the client by Maintenance and

Monitoring outsourcing. AS our team in well-trained in these activities, this ensures effective

monitoring and maintenance, thereby helping the client to focus on their core business.

Our robust information systems can keep the log of all the activity in the Control Room and

also provide you with the report of complaints, resolutions and Preventive Maintenance.
