Table centerpieces and other floral arrangements can be ordered from our florist through our Catering Department. We are

happy to arrange a consultation with the floral designer.

PRINTED MENUS

The Embassy Suites by Hilton New York – Midtown Manhattan provides printed menus. Please email us your logo or

personalized menu header three days prior to the event.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions – vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, kosher, etc. Please indicate if you require

china, glass & silverware and if you would like kosher wine. Pease let us know as far in advance if possible. Additional charges

may be required.

TABLE SIZES

We can accommodate a variety of table/seating needs depending on the group size. Some configurations may require

additional rental fee.

SERVICE FEES: Bartender: $250.00 per bartender (up to 5 hours) if required

DELIVERIES & PACKAGES: Our receiving area is open 8:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays. Please arrange delivery to the Hotel

a minimum of two days prior to your event. The address should clearly indicate “Sales Department”, the name of the Sales

Manager and the date of the event. It is the guest’s responsibility to arrange for the pick-up of any materials left over after the

event. Additional charges may apply should the number of boxes for an event exceed fifteen or if boxes are left longer than two

days after the completion of the event.

TRANSPORT: The hotel is happy to arrange transportation for your group. Please arrange in advance for optimum service.

BUSINESS CENTER: Our 24 hour business center is located just off the main lobby.

SALES TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE: A 22% taxable service charge and state and local taxes (currently totaling 8.875%) will be

added to all food and beverage charges. Fifteen percent (15%) of the service charge is distributed to servers and where

appropriate, to bussers and bartenders assigned to the event. The remaining seven percent (7%) is an administrative fee and

will be distributed to other personnel who have contributed to the event. Room rental/set-up/occupancy fees are subject to

state occupancy tax. Labor and other miscellaneous charges are subject to state and local charges. If your group is tax

exempt, a valid New York State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate must be submitted to the sales & catering office before your

function.

Your Meeting room rental is subject to a 15% administrative fee and applicable taxes. The administrative fee is not a gratuity, it is

retained by the Hotel to offset expenses associated with your event
