The Energy Auditor will perform the following tasks: Perform on-site energy audits in commercial, industri-
al, and institutional facilities; Perform desktop and field measurement and verifica-
tion of energy efficiency using tablet and mobile devic-es;
Perform facility-level and corporate-level profiling and benchmarking for energy use and carbon emissions to support client supply and sustainability goals;
Identification and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, calculation of potential energy savings and report preparation utilizing provided software; and
Perform condition assessment of lighting, MEP and building shell in commercial, government, industrial and multifamily residential facilities.

The Energy Engineer will perform the following tasks: Manage and perform on-site energy audits in commercial,
industrial, and institutional facilities; Perform technical and financial evaluation to support
capital investment in facility systems, such as HVAC, lighting, BAS, refrigeration, motors and drives, and com-pressed air;
Support evaluation and entrepreneurial development of distributed energy systems, including renewable technol-ogies and combined heat and power;
Perform facility-level and corporate-level profiling and benchmarking for energy use and carbon emissions to support client supply and sustainability goals;
Manage and perform measurement and verification of energy efficiency and conservation plans of regulated electric utilities;
Conduct research and prepare expert analytic work prod-uct on governmental programs and policies pertaining to regulated and non-regulated aspects of the energy indus-try;
Manage and perform facility condition assessments in accordance with industry standard protocols; and
Participate in business development through product and services development and preparation of proposals.

The Energy Auditor will perform the following tasks: Assume full technical and administrative responsibility for
MEI’s energy supply consulting services group, including business development;
Develop client-specific strategic energy supply plans pri-marily for portfolios of electricity and natural gas ac-counts, and implement such plans over a multi-year term;
Analyze load profiles and tailor supply products to clients’ needs;
Monitor relevant forward markets, and recommend and implement hedging strategies;
Negotiate on clients’ behalf master supply contracts and transaction confirmations with competitive energy suppli-ers;
Monitor and report on contract performance relative to client budgets and market trends;
Audit supplier bills and analyze utility tariffs to assure client is on most advantageous rate schedule;
Establish and implement program for client’s purchase of renewal energy credits;
Evaluate client demand response program opportunities and integrate into client energy management portfolio; and
Educate clients on the regulated and non-regulated as-pects of the energy markets.

The Efficiency Network DG—CHP Project Development Manager
We are currently seeking an entrepreneurially-minded Distributed Generation (DG) – Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Project Devel-opment Manager to develop and provide expertise in assessing, designing, scoping and pricing DG, CHP and energy efficiency projects for our customers.
Reporting to The Efficiency Network’s (TEN) Vice President, Pro-ject Development, the primary responsibility of this project devel-opment position will be to lead the development, award and sign-ing of contracts with customers of the Company. This position is viewed as being critical to the success of the business long term and is also seen as a significant growth area for the Company.
Candidates should have a strong functional knowledge and expe-rience in the economics and engineering necessary for developing DG and CHP projects. A working knowledge of energy technolo-gies, including conventional and renewable power generation is essential. Experience with solar photovoltaics and wind power is also a plus. Preferred candidates will have the experience in de-veloping the financial models and economic justifications to sup-port the early assessment of opportunities, and the ability to craft feasibility analyses, investment grade audits and plant optimiza-tion studies.
