Valet• The customer will be received at the drop off
zone by the valet.• We will have a shoe cover dispenser that they
will have to wear before they enter the office.
Entry to the marketing office
• The Doorman will greet the customer and welcome him into the office
Reception
• The customers would be escorted to the waiting area by the hostesses where they would be served water/any other beverage and asked to fill the KYC. (5 mins)
• The KYC will then be collected and handed over to one of the sales executives who will study the consumer
Conference room
• The customer will then be escorted to of the conference rooms. The sales team member will then greet them and welcome them.
• A small brief of the project would be given up till the unit plans.
Unit plan layout
• The customer would then be escorted to come out and view the unit plan models outside.
• While exploring these they would be briefed upon the various specifications in each apartment.
Material wall• Post the model, the customers would be taken
over to the material wall to get a “look and touch feel” of the specification that we are providing in the house.
360 degree exploration
• The customer would then be taken to the interactive signage that would help him explore the 360 degree view of the site.
• This is where the sales team member could talk about the views and the various amenities that would be provided to the customer.
Conference room
• The customer will then be escorted back to the conference room where they would be given a final brief and we will proceed with closure.
Exit
• The customers would be handed over the sales kit/ Hamper and the kids would be given a balloon/candy bar.
• The valet would get back the car and see them off.
