YOUNG PEOPLE HOLD THE KEY TO THE FUTURE AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion or national / social origin.
In order to address the world’s leadership gap, AIESEC is offering the world’s most advanced leadership framework for young people, by providing young people with hands-on experiences as well as providing spaces to reflect on these experiences, learn from them, and through them become better leaders.
Since we were founded, we have engaged and developed over 1,000,000 young people who have been through an AIESEC experience. The impact of our organisation can be seen through our alumni who represent business, NGO and world leaders, including one Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Maarti Atisaari of Finland.

YouthSpeak Forum is a premiere event powered by AIESEC that brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues. The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.
Leaders will be able to access youth who offer valuable insights into the present state, and what the future may look like based on the leadership and behaviors of the next generation. Come ready with your biggest problems, and seek for inspiration to solutions!
It’s an environment that helps foster fresh creativity and new perspectives to tackling pro-blems, and by challenging you and the present status quo it will help inspire the creation of your next big idea.
Unlike any other forum, YouthSpeak is mainly focused on creating actions steps fol-lowing the conversations, rather than just talking about pressing social issues.
The Forum generates the YouthSpeak output of concrete ideas and actions, which will be collected and circulated to our network of 70,000 young people, our large alumni community and our partner groups.

Top business and thought leaders from around the world are invited to share their knowledge with the delegates about the chosen forum theme. This sec)on of the day is delivered through short and powerful talks and aims to inspire delegates and help to form their opinions for the rest of the day.

Our partner organisa)ons engage with the youth delegates to give new per-‐spec)ves on issues rela)ng to the forum theme through workshops, conver-‐sa)ons and idea genera)on spaces. Youth and business are able to interact, ex-‐change opinions and understand what is being done in the world already to address the ques)on of the day.
ENGAGE
The youth delegates take their learnings and insights from the day into a space where they are able to generate ideas, ask challenging ques)ons and give their opinions on the ac)ons that should be taken towards the theme of the day.

We make this happen by taking both the young and senior leaders through a unique and interactive experience, as a delegate or faci-litator.
