Global Warming Reality

• Global warming isn’t opinion. It’s a scientific reality. And the science tells us that human activity has made enormous impacts to our planet that affect our well-being and even our survival as a species.

WHAT IS GLOBAL WARMING

Earth is naturally protected by a delicate balance of heat-trapping (or "greenhouse") gases in the atmosphere. When the sun shines on the Earth, some of that heat is absorbed, keeping Earth warm enough to support life.

WHAT IS GLOBAL WARMING

• SO The PROBLEM is that over the last century, we humans have been releasing more and more carbon dioxide (CO2) and other Greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, These additional gases have upset the natural balance of our atmosphere, trapping more heat than is healthy for the earth occurring climate change .

Global Warming Impacts

hereby some of the phenomenon are occurring and will be occurred due to Global Warming:

• GLACIERS are melting TEN times faster than before.• SPECIES are VANISHING. • There are extreme WEATHER events like tournedos• long-term FAMINES.• rising SEA levels.• LAKES and RIVERS are disappearing.

Fortunately, we can begin to make significant repairs to try and reverse those impacts, but only through Immediate Action..

• Shopping • transportation• Eating and cooking• Heating system

• Replace regular light bulb with a CFL.

• Lights on just when you in.

• Do not leave appliances on standby (Unplug).

• Take a quicker shower

• Use the washing machine or dishwasher only when they are FULL.

• Why using the dryer while we have sun!

• Recycle home waste as much as possible.

• Use rechargeable batteries.

• Plant a tree.

• Avoid using plastic stuff.

• Reuse your fabric shopping bag.

• Buy fresh local foods .

• Buy/ give USED Clothes, Toys, Furniture,, etc.

• Ask your Self ” Do I Really Need It??”

• Support green products and packages.

• Buy less detergents.

• Start a carpooling.

• Keep your car tuned up.

• Buy a used car

• Replace your car with a hybrid one.

• Ride a bicycle

• Use public transportation

• Eat less meat and diary food

• Don’t over cook.

• Cover the pots while cooking
