From your Self Service Main Menu click the Employee button.

Click the Performance Management link from the left menu bar.

To view completed reviews, click the View Historical Reviews button.

To select other completed reviews, click the drop down arrow next to the rating period.

Remember to select the appropriate rating period from the drop-down menu before clicking the print button. At the print preview screen, click File then Print.
