Private or Public?Private: Anything shared with students or staff

is on Private side. Students do not have access to Public side. Indicated by .org url (https://drive.google.com/a/hcpss.org)

Public: Websites to be viewed by public or documents to be shared by people not in HCPSS either as a student or staff member should be created in Public side. Indicated by .me url (https://drive.google.com/a/hcpss.me)

What Is There?Drive - Use to create/share files such as

documents, spreadsheets, online forms, presentations.

Calendar - Use to create/share Calendars for different classes, projects, etc.

Sites - Use to create Websites.Contacts - Use to create Contact Lists/Groups

for staff, students, etc.

DriveUse to create

documents, spreadsheets online survey forms, and Presentations

CalendarCreate and

share calendars with individuals and groups of people (create groups in contacts)

Sites Use Sites to create

websites. Recommendation: Unless the website is to be maintained by students OR the site contains private information, put it on the public side.

Contacts Use to create

contacts and groups of contacts in order to quickly share documents with individuals or groups of people.
