INTRODUCTION:

Safety – To enter confined spaces and eliminate the hazards of manned entry. These hazards include:

-Communication problems-Hazardous atmospheres-Fall hazards-Mechanical hazards.

Access – Sometimes the average worker cannot physically reach the work area.

Radiation exposure – Work in some locations can involve exposure to radiation. Practice is to keep radiation exposure as low as reasonably achievable.

DESCRIPTION:

Input side consists of: Laptop, for sending commands UT sensor

Control side consists of: Mega 2560

- ADC will be implemented- PWM outputs will be used

Output side consists of: Driver, from microcontroller to motors Laptop, for data logging

Delivers surface and back wall corrosion analysis.

Can assess surfaces, adhering magnetically to the surfaces.

Lightweight design allows easy transportation.
