All we need is to channelize these qualities for the good of the organization. We have improved a lot, however there is scope for further improvement. We must be proactive in dealing with issues and instead of compartmentalized decision making, the focus must be on broader perspective. Also we need to be more ambitious in our project execution and the goal should be to commission the projects ahead of committed schedule. It may sound tough, but we have achieved successes, solely based on your commitment and dedication and I don't see any reason why it cannot be repeated.
