Health is one of the most importantaspects of living a full and happy life.Previous generations have had lesschoice, less information and had to waituntil their ill health drove them to seek the
help of doctors or hospitals. At that time the medicalprofessions were the guardians of our health.Today that has all changed and we understand howimportant it is to be healthy. It is now about preventionrather than cure. So the “DIY Health” means we aretaking health and wellbeing more into our own hands, encouraged by the doctors and NHS.
Today that has all changed and weunderstand how important it is to be healthy
But what is and who of us are healthy? Many of us arefollowing a mixture of advice and information to createa “well being” We select the advice that we feel bestsuits us and that we can achieve and stick with be it for

Zero Balancing is a hands-on non-invasivetherapy. it consists of held stretches andfinger pressure focussed on the bonesand joints. This allows the body to relaxand reorganise around points of contact,
releasing held tension and helping balance the energymoving through the skeletal system of the body. Althoughthere is no manipulation involved, Zero Balancingencourages an improved state of skeletal alignment andis often very helpful in relieving back, neck and shoulderpain. It can also help clear lingering problems from oldtraumas and bring about, in some, a profound state ofpeace and clarity of thinking.

Exactly what filler should you use? Herewe look at different fillers for differentjobs in the home. The secret to successfuldecoration is preparation, so deciding onthe best materials is a good start.
Hairline cracks, small areas – found on internal walls/ceilings in new and old houses, consider “Brush on”liquid filler, it comes in a tin and is easily sanded andquick to dry.
Another good product is fine surface filler, it comesin a tube and does much the same as the brush onversion but is applied with a palette knife and fillslarger cracks up to 2mm with a glass smooth surfacefor painting or try a filler in a “Stick” form. This issimilar to a glue stick and has a twist base and offersa little or no sanding and a quick dry finish. Minor

How do you remove that
Tattoos have never been so popular butwhat are the options to remove yourcolourful past? as star celebrities andfootballers sport their latest accessoriesnothing becomes more personal than a
body tattoo. Like most things in life everything changes, minds, partners, loved ones and with it the regret ofhaving that name tattooed somewhere and sometimesnot so discretely on your body, so hold that thought.
Most tattoos taking between 6 and 10sessions to completely disappear, costing

Insome cases ghostingof the pigment is still visible due to the ink lying too farbelow the skin for the laser to reach it. The treatmentis unpleasant and is best treated under a localanaesthetic. Petrol to lPG conversion
There could be many reasons you may wantto change to an alternative fuel. it could beto help the environment by changing to afuel that’s less harmful, or that you simplywant to reduce your running costs, fuel
consumption and vehicle excise liability.
Most vehicles can be converted to LPG and it’s a fairlystraightforward process. The first step is to contact yourlocal LPGA Approved Installer with the Model of yourcar and to obtain a conversion quotation.
The cost of dual fuel conversion starts at about £1,600for a car or a light van depending on the numberof cylinders and the size of the LPG tank that willneed to be fitted. The larger the tank the greater therange between fills, so expect less miles travelled on
a full tank of LPGcompared to petrol. You may have to fillup more often butyou will be savingmoney every time.
If you decide on anLPG conversion youmight want to make sure that you get the strength ofthe LPGA Approved Installer Scheme behind you - theonly such Scheme to receive government recognitionand they provide details of the certificate you shouldobtain for your insurance company.
A reputable installer will recommend the rightconversion, safety, environmental improvement, performance, reliability, value for money, and aftersales customer care should the conversion contractteething problems.

Few of us have the money to buy a newcar outright. so there are a number ofloans, hire-purchase arrangements andcredit deals that can be used but it may becheaper to arrange your own finances.
Hire purchase- the most popular method of buyinga new car however many buyers don’t understandyou don’t actually own the car until all payments havebeen made.Personal contract purchase- You pay an initialdeposit, followed by monthly payments in the sameway as a hire-purchase contract (12-36 months)but you do not own the car during this period. Aproportion of the value is deferred until the term endsand you do not pay for this cost in your installments. At the end of term you can either hand back the

Personal leasing/Personal contract hire- Simply, thismeans you are hiring your car. You agree the monthlypayments, mileage, length of the period you wantto pay over, when it ends you hand back the carand walk away as long as you haven’t exceeded anagreed amount of mileage.
Personal loans- Perhaps the best value - you’llgenerally get the most competitive rates of interestby using a bank or lender that is independent of thedealer and effectively you will be buying the caroutright for cash. Next time, PPI, Payment Protection –GAP Explored.
