A clean, gentle and efficient system to portion, form and place dough onto paper to make a freezable or direct bake product. The cantilever “C” placement frame allows roll-in and out access to product placement conveyor as well as superior sanitation and service access.

The Wirecut Machines easily handle various dough types including soft, semi-solid and extra stiff dough such as cookies, brownies, energy bars and gluten free dough with particulates such as nuts, seeds, raisins or flavored chips and chunks.
