I is ted and equipped wih a coninuous closure device (primary / secondary seal) beween he ank

shell and he foaing roo edge.

The purpose of the internal floating roof seal system is to minimize vapor zone above the stored liquid.

This system reduces emissions and evaporative losses of storage products, and less corrosive or oxidizing

elements would be produced in the tank when removing the vapor zone from the fixed roof storage tanks.For foaing roo seals have been widely used or soring he peroleum producs, FLOA-EK provides

designs and produces an unique ray Combination type o honeycomb foating deck to minimize

the vapor space much smaller than the foating tube types one. Te honeycomb foating decks are

economic cost and provide the highest enclosure. No more vapor emission would occur under the

ull contact cover o honeycomb decks.

wo wiper seals are vapor mounted and overlapped by each other.

Tese seals completely cover the space between the tank shell and

the edge o the internal foating roo. Te wiper seals are continuous

and made rom high quality material o 100% aromatic resistance.Double wiper seals are easily to install and have a low cost.

Te primary oam seal is liquid mounted type composed o oam

blocks and envelopes; the secondary wiper seal is vapor mountedtype. Te envelope is designed to prevent liquid capillary action and

provide a long service lie or B..X and other strong chemical

storage tanks.

Tis oam seal can eectively reduce VOC emissions and project

losses o liquid products completely.

Te mechanical shoe seal is a metal sheet held vertically against the

tank shell by spring. It is connected by brace arms to the foating

roo. A fexible coated abric (continuous seal) spans the annular

space between the shoe plate and the rim plate o the foating roo.

Tis seal oers actual advantages o universal resistance to all storage

products, good emission reduction, long service lie and liquid

mounted.
