FKF NATIONAL LEAGUE RULES AND THE RECORDS AND RULINGS OF THE FKF/LCC MEETING ON OCTOBER 8, 2014 Attachments 1. The FKF National League Rules (1 page) 2. The 1st FKF SG letter on October 10 wrongly citing the FKF/LCC meeting on June 8 (1 page) 3. The 1st record of the FKF/LCC rulings wrongly dated June 8 instead of October 8 (3 pages) 4. The FKF SG e-mail later on October 10 cancelling the earlier letter and FKF/LCC report (1 page) 5. The 2nd FKF SG letter on October 10 rightly citing the FKF/LCC meeting on October 8 (1 page) 6. The 2nd and “revised” record of the FKF/LCC rulings rightly dated October 8 (3 pages) Relevant Notes In a news report on October 10th, the FKF/LCC Chair claimed Agro Chemical failed to produce its official Master Card at the 2nd leg Shabana vs Agro Chemical match on August 10th. She also claimed the case was decided by her committee on October 8th yet the first record of that FKF/LCC meeting issued on October 10th did not include a ruling on that match (#3 above). However, the second and “revised” record of the FKF/LCC meeting issued later on October 10th did include a case on the 1st leg Agro Chemical vs Shabana match on March 23rd and a ruling against Agro Chemical for the alleged offense of “lack of the Master Card” (#6 above). This case involves two serious and still unexplained discrepancies: Why did the first record of the FKF/LCC meeting not include any case involving Agro Chemical and Shabana? Why did the FKF/LCC Chair claim the alleged offense occurred during their match on August 10th yet the second and “revised” record of the FKF/LCC meeting states that the alleged offense occurred in their 1st leg match on March 23rd? Key Questions 1. Who submitted the case to the FKF/LCC? When was it submitted? 2. Why did the FKF/LCC Chair claim the alleged offense was in the 2nd leg match on August 10th? 3. Why was the case/ruling not included in the 1st FKF/LCC record issued on October 10th? 4. Was the ruling made during or after the FKF/LCC meeting? If the latter, then who made the ruling? 5. Did the person(s) involved have the Master Card before making the ruling? 6. If not, then what other evidence was used to make the ruling? 7. Did the MatchCom or Referee’s report state the Master Card wasn’t presented? 8. If yes, then why does the signature of the referee appear twice on the Master Card? 9. Why was the case not time-barred under the FKF 3-month rule for filing cases?
