Strategic planning of international cooperation

International goals are included in the school’s overall strategy

This will ensure that the international perspective will be taken into account at all stages of strategic planning

This means that people should consider and analyze how internationalization is included in the vet provider's visions for the future or its values

VET providers are competent institutions and they design own action plan for international activities

ECVET – European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training

The European credit system for vocational education and training (ECVET) is based on concepts and processes to establish a common and user friendly language for transparency, transfer and recognition of learning outcomes

ECVET is based on: • Learning outcomes - statements of knowledge, skills and competence that can be achieved in a

variety of learning contexts. • Units of learning outcomes that are components of qualifications. Units can be assessed, validated

and recognised. • ECVET points, which provide additional information about units and qualifications in a numerical

form. • Credit for assessed and documented learning outcomes of a learner. Credit can be transferred to

other contexts and accumulated to achieve a qualification. • Mutual trust and partnership among participating organisations are expressed in memorandum of

understanding and learning agreements
