The Technical Evaluation Report was prepared on the basis of documents provided by the bidder and found the bid non-compatible to Technical specifications. The committee announced the decision on 10.10.2019 in the presence of bidder. Thus, the financial bid of the bidder was kept un-opened.

CONCLUSION: As no compatible bid was received, therefore, committee decided for re-tendering.
