Exhibit A-4: Contract Management Services

When requested, CDW•G Account Managers (AM) will work with OEM partners to provide lifecycle information.
CDW•G will collaborate with OEM partners to incorporate roadmap/lifecycle information as part of the annual symposium content, when appropriate.
APs can access quotes in their CDW•G Account Center. Additionally, CDW’s system sends quotes automatically, to the requesting purchaser, once the AM reviews and approves the quote. CDW AMs can provide advance notification of expiring warranties for those warranties purchased through CDW. APs can log and track OEM Standard Product Warranties in their CDW•G Account Center.
When requested, CDW•G AMs will engage the necessary resources to provide advice to APs on the compatibility of new devices with current systems.
All devices serviced in within CDW’s Configuration Center receive a comprehensive quality assurance check. This includes proper image deployment and software functionality.
APs can reach out to their CDW•G AM to request product and solution specific documentation. If it is not available through one of our public sites, they will request the information from our inside technology specialists, or the applicable manufacturer partners. Additional available coworkers are our US based technical support team, providing toll-free live phone and email support on all products purchased through CDW•G. APs can also research products on our site at cdwg.com. They can select up to ten products for side by side comparison of specifications, and can even export this information to an Excel file for use outside the site.
APs can research products before and after sale at cdwg.com where we provide an overview, specifications, product images, and available informational documentation for each product. Also located on our site is our helpful Media Library, where customers can access reference guides, articles, case studies, and technology webinars. Should an AP be interested in technology insight specific to their arena, they can find additional documentation in the online version of our segment specific tech magazines, includingwww.statetechmagazine.com and www.edtechmagazine.com
Educational customers can leverage our GetEdFunding.com site for access to resources including advice, best practices, workshop videos, and more; search through thousands of available grants and awards; and set-up alerts to receive information updates.

CDW•G will work with the State to create a marketing plan for the contract.
CDW•G will work with the State and our OEM partners to schedule hardware tradeshows/events.Promotion of the IT HVAR agreementCDW•G AMs will work with our OEM partners to provide demo/evaluation units to APs, when requested.
APs can access on-demand webinars at cdwg.com/solutions. The webinars feature business leaders, industry experts, and partners. Additionally, CDW•G will occasionally send relevant content to APs via email, if an AP has opted in to receive the communication.
When requested, CDW will collaborate with our Field Resources and OEM partners for on-site presentations/meetings. Additionally, CDW will host Table Top sessions, to showcase technology offerings relevant to specific customer segments. AMs will notify APs of upcoming events.
The CDW•G website generates a number of email confirmations including quote and order confirmations, notification of back orders, and shipment notifications. APs can enroll in paperless billing to receive credit card invoices via email, and reminders to order frequently used products. Additionally, order status information is available 24 hours a day on our Quick Order Status tool or through the AP’s CDW•G Account Center.
Quote and Order status information can also be requested from the AP’s dedicated CDW•G AM.
In additional to traditional marketing practices, CDW•G has substantial sales force dedicated specifically to state and local APs, K12 APs, and Higher Education APs. They work in tandem with our field resources to increase awareness of the contract’s availability.
On an annual basis, as part of the Quarterly Business Review, your CDW•G Program Manager and Sales leadership will work with the State to make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies based upon their analysis of the contract’s provisions, industry changes, and trends in APs use of the contract.
CDW•G will provide Quarterly Business Reviews to the State to discuss the contract’s performance. We will coordinate in-person meetings, when requested.

APs can request quotes via CDW•G’s website, EDI, e-pro application, or via their AMs email, telephone, or fax. CDW•G’s Leasing Team will assist APs navigate through the leasing process, when requested.
AMs will assist in getting a CDW•G Account Center created for an AP, when requested
CDW•G offers APs the option to use EDI for catalog, purchase order and invoice integration. If an AP is interested in utilizing EDI, they can speak to their AM or visit our website at cdw.com/edi.

APs can set-up their CDW•G Account Center to create necessary restrictions/permissions including custom product catalogs, contracts available, standardize devices; purchase approvals; limit access to specific site tools. The designated Administrator can create the customizations at a department level or based on a purchasing role/area of responsibility.

Additionally, AP’s can leverage CDW’s Software License Review service. The service contacts applicable vendors to compile license information into one easy-to-read format. CDW•G licensing experts can provide consultation on cost savings recommendations, license consolidation, and renewal strategy.
APs can use the reporting functions in their CDW•G Account Center. Reports, standard or custom, can include a variety of purchase history and account data. Each APs Account Center is customizable at nearly every function. Selected Administrators can determine customization for the AP’s single-user level purchasers.
