MANAGERS REPORT – by Rick Horner GM Horner reported that a total of 63 work orders were requested this month. 7 are open for sprinkler system, 1 in progress for a water leak and 1 on hold for repairs to the exercise room.
• Late Condo Fee Fines – 12 16-30 days late ($300.00); 52 31- 60 days late ($30.872.00); 1 61-90 days late – Going to legal ($804.00); 12 90 days late – in legal ($26,770.00). Total past due condo fees are $58,746.00 and last month was $ 103,522.00 with the difference of $ -44,776.00.
• Building Permit report- There were five (5) building permits issued this month. 4 were for concrete and 1 was for a sea wall.
• Retaining Wall- GM Horner reported that he had contacted the Building Products Plus Company for materials to build the retaining wall on the golf course. He also stated that they would be able to build 260 ft. of wall for $9600. • Restaurant – GM Horner reported that they are planning to open the grill on Dec. 1. He has rehired the cook from last year. Chad will return as a server and he is still looking for another cook and a super-visor.
GM Horner informed the audience that FM Zamora will be out until January 2012.
